My wife went to schedule an appointment and was told that it must have expired because they had no record of it. I called the Spa to discuss, I was told that all their gift certificates expire after a year and this is written on them and sorry but too bad. I am not stupid and would never have bought a certificate if it would expire.. so be very careful if you buy a gift certificate...they want you to let it expire and the expired $ value goes to their bottom line as a profit

There are many many other tanning institutions that give a much more natural look. I don't know what product they are using, but it's not good. After the spray tan my hands looked terrible-completely orange. My front legs were much darker than the rear. Some areas were much lighter than others. Overall, I would never recommend this place for the bad product. The service was good. However, when I came back to complain, and I clearly looked like an Oompa Loompa, the employee acted like I was insane, and that I looked fine, even when clearly my palms and feet were black! Now I live in the northeast and was just passing through Asheville. Being from the northeast and the spray tans up there, there's no comparison.
