Two years ago, my husband and I were left to deal with a completely trashed rental home. I was both…read morelivid, and equally concerned about the financial obligation that we were about to face, in order to prepare the home to be sold. Dee was very prompt, in making a home visit to assess the condition of the very worn and stained carpet. She documented measurements and offered her professional opinion, based on her knowledge and expertise in this industry. We knew the price range that we needed to adhere to, as the home also had to be painted and the kitchen cabinets rebuilt and stained. By the end of that business day, we had a written quote/work order, that was far more reasonable than we had expected. Two days later, the job was complete and we were 100% satisfied. Dee and her staff put their customers first, by providing the quality, prompt response and professional customer support that sets them apart from their competitors. We will definitely use them again. Debi Altman Dallas
