There was a power outage at our Mt home discovered after a long drive and several months away. We couldn't find an obvious cause but it was affecting only the outlets backed up to solar. We called and left a late night message that was promptly returned first thing in the morning and the guys had it solved by 10:30AM despite being an hour away. Just can't say enough good things about this company. It's not just the best solar company, it's the most awesome business we've ever dealt with.

I sent a few pics via email and answered a few questions and I had a quote. They also easily adjusted to my request change right before the install. The installer was very knowledgeable about the product and made the install look like it was orginally part of the house. Onsite the installer came up a custom solution to my needs and executed the install. The pricing was great and up front before any of the work started. I would definitely use them again

From the patient educational discussions by Chaia Lewis, to her excellent sizing of the system she designed, to Seth Gunning and his careful oversight of the design and installation of the array, I could not have asked for a better experience. Even now that we are up and running, the whole team continues to be utterly responsive and helpful. The important part is the everything I was told by SunPath Solar to expect has been accurate, including the post install bills which have now come in from Georgia Power .They actually are down to what I was told they would be. I trusted this company and they have not disappointed. This is a large system for a residential rooftop array. It looks terrific on the roof- my architect better half and I both think it improves the look of the roof. The sophistication of the solar-plus- battery system is even better. After 20 plus years with no generator back up, the first power outage was a cause for celebration. We had to look on the phone app to see that the batteries had taken over. Just, wow! I have wanted to have solar for some years now just for the environmental benefit but working through SunPath Solar has allowed me to both help the environment and benefit my finances.

Recently we had a very dangerous situation that had resulted from our meter box being moved by the installers of our siding. The metal sleeve housing the wires into the box had not been secured properly and was literally falling apart! Eddie, the boss at Sitara, came by and checked it out, giving me a very fair estimate that he did finish the work within. He was friendly, kind and professional. He had excellent insights about the situation and helped me to schedule KUB to come and shut off the power to do the work. His 2 assistants, Chris and David, were also really nice and very industrious. They got the work done quickly and efficiently, and the price was extremely reasonable. I will most certainly use Sitara Electric for any future electrical needs and I highly recommend these ethical and excellent professionals!
