Recently we had a very dangerous situation that had resulted from our meter box being moved by the installers of our siding. The metal sleeve housing the wires into the box had not been secured properly and was literally falling apart! Eddie, the boss at Sitara, came by and checked it out, giving me a very fair estimate that he did finish the work within. He was friendly, kind and professional. He had excellent insights about the situation and helped me to schedule KUB to come and shut off the power to do the work. His 2 assistants, Chris and David, were also really nice and very industrious. They got the work done quickly and efficiently, and the price was extremely reasonable.
