It's a beautiful space! They're located in a building with a large parking lot, just behind the All Starz Academy, near the Parkside Town Commons shopping center off O'Kelly Chapel Road. They specialize in treatments of the face, body, nails and hair. Can't make it to the office for a visit? No worries, make an appointment for a virtual consultation. Additionally, they offer treatments including chemical peels, Kybella, vitamin injections, microneedling, laser hair reduction, and many more. They even offer ear piercing! Pricing is all very clearly listed on their website, too. Clara Dermatology visits and services can be paid for with an HSA/FSA card, cash, check, or credit card. However, they do not work with or bill any insurance plans. That being said, they can provide a coded receipt which you can submit to your insurance plan for out-of-pocket reimbursement. A bit better signage could direct you to the third floor for the vaccine. I really wish buildings that provide health care would design their stairwells to encourage patients to use them instead of the elevator. This building is new but still has unwelcoming stairwells that seem more like maintenance corridors or fire escapes and not common spaces to be used by all. Wait was minimal (10 minutes). I felt safe as cleaning and social distancing was obviously taking place in the waiting room. Shot was quick, and the a mandated 20 minute wait to screen any reactions. I was offered help if needed to schedule second appointment, but again My Chart was easy to navigate and I'm ready to be shot again soon.

I find PT at larger institutions can tend to be a rushed process where the provider doesn't seem to be concerned about the patient but more about seeing as many people as possible to file as many claims as possible that does not happen at this center. try this place out, you will leave feeling better and like you made some new friends.

I thought the bill was a mistake! I never filled out any paperwork or created an account. I was never a patient and had no knowledge of his policies. I sent a check for $50 and asked that my account be paid in full. I never got a response. Ever. Just more bills. Know that a collection company will not come after you for a $50 bill, even if the late charges add up to hundreds. Please file a complaint. This practice needs to be investigated. It's not right.
