He was very comfortable the whole time. Turns out he needs glasses. Dr. Dubin explained what going on with eyes in easy to understand terms. Bridgett assisted him with trying on as many glasses as he wanted until he picked out the perfect pair. The entire facility was very bright, cheerful and clean. We would definitely recommend coming here, especially for a pediatric eye exam!

Visited the Nexton office of Optical Impressions for an eye exam yesterday. I had a good experience…read morewith the actual exam. Picked out frames and was planning to to return at a later date to order those--- (nice red frame that I really liked). I noticed that the PD measurement was not on my prescription and asked for it to be added before I left. I was told no, I could not get this information. This has been on every prescription that I have ever picked up from optical impressions over the years, I shared this fact and their response implied that I was a liar. I use this measurement to order my extra sunglasses online. I was told this is NOT part of the prescription and it would not be provided to me. After I was insistent I was then told I could get it if I paid $30! I was also told if they provided this information to me it causes them to lose money..... I've had good experiences with optical impressions before (and have been a repeat customer) but all that was erased yesterday. My husband had eye exams & bought glasses from them in the past also. We will no longer do business with them .

A nice optometrist came in!, did a full exam. Poor service from start to finish. had an eye exam with a female doctor, at max she spent four…read moreminutes with me, told me I needed bifocals and passed me off to the fitting expert. picked out glasses, worked withe fitting expert, ordered top of the line every item I could get. waited 2 weeks, went to get them and found out immediately they were not right. They checked the script, and told me in those 2 weeks I got an astigmatism. what? I was over 55 and never had one. They urged me to go home and try them, they said I just needed to get used to them. I gave it a solid week, but just could not adjust. called again, they wanted to check the fitting, I told them they did that the night I picked them up. Waited another week+ to see the same doc, who examined me, a little slower this time and changed my script. Waited the 14 additional days, nothing. Called, they said something happened to the lenses, and it would be another 14 days. NOPE! Wrong the first time, no rush on it, not received the 2nd time, they told me they could have put a rush on it, but didn't. My initial exam was the end of March, and now they were telling me the end of May possibly for delivery. I returned my glasses and went elsewhere to have the script filled. It still is not great, but i have to live with it since insurance can't help for another year. I WILL NOT go back, and don't suggest you do,
