A few minutes after I did the paperwork, an employee came and got me. She did the initial testing, and checking which was probably the easiest I've ever had. Once done she put me in an exam room. A nice optometrist came in!, did a full exam. He was nice, polite and professional, he took his time explaining everything in depth, and recommendations, but wasn't pushy to try and sale things from their business. Would definitely recommend. We will no longer be going to Ocean Eye, because the service at Dr. Koets office was so wonderful. If you're looking for an optometrist in Summerville, seriously give this place a try. Picked out frames and was planning to to return at a later date to order those--- (nice red frame that I really liked). I noticed that the PD measurement was not on my prescription and asked for it to be added before I left. I was told no, I could not get this information. This has been on every prescription that I have ever picked up from optical impressions over the years, I shared this fact and their response implied that I was a liar. I use this measurement to order my extra sunglasses online. I was told this is NOT part of the prescription and it would not be provided to me.
