Just a quickie review, because I have not engaged this business directly in the course of a…read moreproject. However, I reached out to them because they were one of the only places in possession of a specific material I discovered and badly wanted (which is discontinued and in short shrift) for a long-awaited counter replacement. A representative contacted me to inform me that they only installed in their state (which is to be expected for these services). However, the rep also located a similar business very close to where I live, a business that carries this line of products, and explained they might have the product. I spent a lot of time looking for this brand near me, and didn't find this business- which is why I was emailing SC from NYS. I never would have found it on my own (I am a relentless searcher and hadn't), and they didn't have to take time out to help out someone who can't use their services. But they did. This is a long review for a relatively to-the-side-of-the-point anecdote, but it's the kind of anecdote I'd like to know when deciding who to let touch my modest but well-loved house. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They ran the direction of the counter in all different directions,…read morenothing matching. Kitchen has it changing from left-right to front-back in the middle of the counter. All four of the bathroom vanities run in different directions and the backsplashes do not match the vanity tops. One side runs the same the other is turned 90 degrees. They never gave us a layout. The stone wasn't sealed so water marks showed everywhere until we sealed it ourselves. There are tape marks on the kitchen surface. They sent three people with bottle of Bar Keepers Friend to fix it. Didn't work, still have tape marks. What a mess they made of some beautiful and expensive quartzite stone.

These people just hope you will go away after they get your money - and when pressed to come up with an excuse said the wall moved!?! I wasn't even asking that anything be done just wanted to bring this to their attention and suggest that the installers should not tell a customer that I should fill in a gap and "paint over the white caulk" I expected the level of custom work shown in showroom and basic Customer Service - something they clearly have no clue about - the staff also could never provide a direct contact with a owner/manager. DO NOT work with this company! This is the most terrible experience I've ever had! First, I had to…read morepay them to remove the temporary plumbing, they told me they could do it for a charge. So if you tell me you can do it for almost $200 do it right! For 3 days after, I kept smelling sewage smells in my kitchen that were intensifying more and more until I had to call the fire department and found out methane gas was leaking from what they did. Then they didn't install my island countertop right! The workers told me that they were going to come back out and fix it but then later refused to come back out. They said I said I was happy with the countertops, the way they were, even though I didn't sign any paperwork to finish it when they asked. I said, why would I sign if you're coming back out? They lied! Look at the pictures. Who would pay $6,000 for a countertop to look like this? They refused to come back out until I paid more money. Thankfully, the company that referred them refunded me the money. I also paid for brackets which they forgot to bring. I paid for the supportive brackets because they were supposed to give a 12 inch island, that I paid for which ended up not being the 12 inches. To make a long story short, it took them almost a month to come back out and the company that referred them had somebody else install the island. All they had to do was put on the brackets. When I say they were the nastiest people to talk to I mean it! Very unprofessional! Stephanie was awful and Sally the manager ignored my calls then sent me a nice nasty email about me paying or they weren't coming back out! For a problem I didn't create! You can't get anywhere with their customer service. They lie and they cheat, and I would never recommend them to anyone!
