The tile guy they used was not good...causing the project to be delayed with re-do's. He worked too many hours a day to get the project done, jeopardizing the quality of work. Nicole was frustrated with me but I wanted it to be done right! She became rude and actually blamed me for the screw-ups by not taking her suggestions. I wanted it done the way I wanted it. I'm sure this was a bad experience for me AND her but how she handled it was far less than professional! Advice... if you choose this company, deal with her husband, Mike, only! He's very professional.

We talked to several companies in the area and in doing so, it became clear Rocky Tops would be our first choice as they were the most knowledgeable, offered superior quality, had a huge selection of granite, and their prices were good. Rocky Tops took great care in the installation of our counter tops with the fit being perfect. They were the only company that could/would do our countertops without a seam. They deliver on their promises which you do not always find in this business. Rocky Tops offers full kitchen and bath design to make your project easy. Visiting their showroom is like going to an art gallery with many"Statement" pieces for both kitchen and bath. That is, a cost effective way to get new cabinets with granite countertops. I want to express the excellence in customer service at East Coast Granite. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!

They left us with NO counters/sink for weeks, a month into the job we still have no backsplash, and the install of the counters (once they finally got here) was absolutely horrendous, leaving scratches and dents in our cabinets and walls. I've never left a review in my life but I feel obligated in this case. Stay far, far away!

(3) years into owning our hot tub half of the cover began sagging, it was clear there was an issue, and when we unzipped it to inspect, one side was missing a vapor barrier wrap on the foam, so it was just acting as a giant sponge. We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???

Our outdoor tee time fell through due to weather, and Tee it Up was able to get us in last minute. Super nice guys, nice facility, nice sims, decent drink selection, all around great experience. Stuff for any golf nerds reading this: they're running FlightScope monitors (Mevo+ I think) and it's linked up to The Golf Club software. I honestly didn't know TGC was compatible with sims, so that was cool since you have access to all the courses on TGC - even the player-made clones of places like Augusta National, Pine Valley, etc. Google the names of the best dupes before you go in, they're not called the same thing on TGC. Staff know the names, too. The bays were pretty good, and tracking was on point for the most part. Just like any sim, don't expect perfect shots every time: it's not the real thing! Use a mulligan or just get over it and have fun. The only thing I'd point out (and it's minor) is that they don't have the super fancy mat/tee setup with rough, sand, built in tee holes, etc. Maybe that's due to the type of monitors? If they don't add that, just bring your own rubber tee that's the right height for your driver. Not a huge deal.
