Usually, my reviews center around dining, but I had to offer one for CCS. I thought I was pretty decent at keeping a clean home, but when someone comes in and cleans it THAT WELL, then it almost feels embarrassing . I was a little worried at first being on a teacher's salary and a single parent, but the service is affordable, and to be very upfront and honest, I just don't feel like cleaning when I get home from work and I am tired of spending half of my weekend catching up on it when I could be spending time with my daughter (or enjoying myself). I spoke to the owner (Aneliese) and she convinced me that it was affordable and drove home the idea that the cost doesn't just reflect the service, but the extra time and relief I will get because I don't have to worry about spending so much of my free time constantly trying to keep up with the mess a teenager can leave behind as well as normal weekly cleaning. It's a little weird getting used to someone else cleaning for me, but it felt GREAT to come home to a clean house (it's not like my teen is going to start helping out all of a sudden ). I highly recommend CCS! read more

I rarely take the time to write Yelp reviews but I am so happy and impressed with Carolina Cleaning Service that I had to take a moment to write this review. My kids took my wife and I out to the Ale House to celebrate my wife's birthday and our anniversary and as a gift they bought us a house cleaning from Carolina Cleaning Service. Carolina Cleaning Service exceeded my expectations so, I decided to hire them to clean our home twice a month and I even hired them to clean my office. They were are extremely, thorough and professional. They made us so happy! read more

I would not recommend this cleaning service. They refused to clean my shower because it was too high and they didn't want to stand on a ladder to do so. They seem very unexperienced and unsure of the way to clean. I hired them for a deep clean and their idea of cleaning the baseboards is taking a duster and just sliding across the top I could do that myself. Owner is very unprofessional. I have had my house cleaned professionally by many different people and companies and this is definitely not one I would choose again. Save your money and call someone else read more
