Despite the reviews, I stopped in and the folks were so nice and friendly. They helped me out with cash for the machines. While I waited, I watched one of the employees (Chris) ask an older couple if he could help them. Another lady put too much soap in a small machine and I watched Chris help her out. Sure there were machines out of order but there were lots of "thank you's" and "have a good day's". Sometimes that's all you need nowadays.

My wife and I dropped off several items for repair/alteration including a pair of pants where I was charged $40 for the repair. Fine....whatever....they were a set of work pants I needed and I paid the fee. Within the first week, the new repair failed and when I went to complain with the owners about the failed repair, I was given the run around about how the woman that does the repair was going out of business, that it wasn't their fault, yada yada yada. No mention of a refund or repair of the item was mentioned. My wife then called to inquire about a refund and was disrespected by the female owner (blonde).
