They now have a few machines where you can use your card for washing or drying. Otherwise everything else is coin pay with quarters. Have a soap machine that doesn't have soap or doesn't work never has since we've been coming here. So maybe remove that from the wall or fix it Ceiling has water spots where the sailing is falling down, definitely some landlord special kind of fixing that has happened around here. Exposed electrical, painted over cracks, bugs visible under the dryers..etc. They have WiFi but you may get a bug from it. One toilet for everyone to use. Overall it'll work in a pinch. But expect to drop $10 on one load of laundry to wash and dry.

I arrived early before the crowd got bad. My first impression was very positive, as it looked very modern with nice washers and dryers and had very nice tables and chairs. The prices were higher than what I'm used to paying in my area. I pay 2.25 here and theirs were 3.00. I thought, well that's not bad since they're new washers, but I didn't realize that 3.00 was for cold water! When I pushed "hot wash" it jumped to 3.50! So that's quite a bit more than I pay here. Also, the dryers in the laundromats up here give me 7 minutes for 25 cents. Down there I had to pay 50 cents for the same amount of time. For management's information, I used 3 washers - #3, 4, and 5. I had whites in #3 and 4 and 5 were colors. I put my liquid detergent in the correct slots that were indicated in all 3 washers. I noticed that only #4 had suds! 3 and 5 were just sloshing clear water around! It's a mystery what happened to the detergent I put in 2 of the washers, but I knew I had wasted my money because all they were doing was getting the clothes WET! When I removed my whites, it was very obvious that they weren't clean and I had even added bleach! So I wasted a lot of money ($15) wetting and drying dirty laundry that didn't come clean! I'll have to rewash everything at a different laundromat in my area and I won't go back there!

Despite the reviews, I stopped in and the folks were so nice and friendly. They helped me out with cash for the machines. While I waited, I watched one of the employees (Chris) ask an older couple if he could help them. Another lady put too much soap in a small machine and I watched Chris help her out. Sure there were machines out of order but there were lots of "thank you's" and "have a good day's". Sometimes that's all you need nowadays.

While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. ​Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. ​Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM ​The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. ​Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. ​Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!!
