And on top she WILL NOT GO. Then another nurse left me a voice mail and said to "call her back." unless she would provide an extension which she did not, it's back into phone system hell with no way to reach that person. No one seems to know protocol for things, seems like what a nurse would know. In an age of computers, nurses should also know the general wait times for an appointment because it affects quality of care and even treatment protocol. This is not the first set of problems I've had with the practice. it isn't the care necessarily and not a reflection on the doctors exactly altough they should care about how the practice is run, it's the business processes. Def some process re-engineering needed. Many times they do not put in orders they say they will put in, they don't follow up on stuff they say they will. Everyone points the finger at the other dept etc. This practice is the worse I've encountered. Hire some consultants and get your business practices ironed out, there have to be more effective ways of doing things.

I can't thank Dr. Miret and Dr. Glickman enough.  So very grateful!!!

Pre-CFNC treatment I was dealing with severe brain fog, dizziness, heart palpitations, nausea, and bloating (and so many more severe issues). Dr. Miret placed me on a treatment plan that almost fully resolved all of these. I can think clearly for the first time since 2022 and have seen so much improvement through all of my symptoms. If you're on the fence about whether it is worth it to seek treatment here, I really encourage you to do so. After seeing endless specialists the last few years, this team was the first to really help me. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done for me.

Dr Paul did ultrasound guided injections that I instantly heard a loud pop in my neck and rib cage as he injected the medication. WOW I'm so thankful and pleased my primary care practitioners referred me to Raleigh Neurology! It's early days and I have 6 other injections but if my results from my 2 injections procedures go as well I plan to be back in college ASAP upon completing all injections. Dr Paul being a fellow USN veteran has excellent bedside manner, he listens and answers you. He's open to what you have tried and what hasn't worked. Unlike other practitioners he is the only one doing my procedures the continuity of care is not just reassuring its often paramount that Dr knows patient as more than just a medical record since he fully examined he unlike others I had full confidence in his care. My judgment to change drs has been best way to start 2026!

I am currently under proper treatment that is helping with the neurological issues I was having. I don't know about any other doctor at this practice- but this dr has left such a "bad taste" that I wouldn't go there again!

The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and always ready to give suggestions or send in referrals to other specialists. This office has permanent staff and not rotating doctors as the main hospital does. The parking lot ro this building is a nightmare and I recommend coming early and doing the online check in once parked since it takes time to get to the office and they are patient because it's common for patients to get lost because of the multiple buildings that surround the parking

Note: There is a difference between neurosurgery and neurology. This may seem obvious but I…read moremention it because I have learned that this is not common knowledge. This location is in the same location as Duke Neurology of Raleigh. They share the same building and even the same floor and phone number but are located in different suites on different sides of the building with different doctors. For the record I saw (and my surgery was performed by) Dr. Ali Zomorodi. One important thing to remember is to ask who will be performing your surgery. I have heard several stories where patients consulted with neurosurgeons and assumed they would perform the surgeries but the surgeries were in fact performed by the neurosurgeon's PA. That being said I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I give them 4 stars for several reasons. The positives: - This is Duke after all. Many people fly internationally to have their surgery performed at Duke because of the reputation, knowledge, and experience of the surgeons. - My surgeon was very knowledgeable and experienced in my disorder and has performed high profile surgeries with success. - The complications from my surgery were minimal and my recovery seemed easier than many of the testimonials I have read elsewhere. The negatives: - Poor response from the doctor's assistant / receptionist. I was usually sent to voicemail when calling and my voicemails were never returned. On the occasions I did get through I was promised prescriptions or faxes would be sent and they were not. I ran out of pain medicine on several occasions (which is not a good thing when recovering from skull / brain based surgery). I had to call several times to follow-up and ensure that simple common tasks were completed. - Time commitments were longer than expected. Our first appointment lasted 4 hours which were spent waiting for the neurosurgeon to come in and speak to us for 5 minutes (to their credit I later learned this is very common in this field). - Bedside manner and compassion were initially absent. Our first visit resulted in the neurosurgeon explaining how I needed surgery on my skull / brain for the back pain I had been experiencing, explaining how he would perform the surgery, and leaving after talking to us for less than 5 minutes. Needless to say my wife and I were both shocked because this seemed very major to us and we were not prepared to hear what he had said. To his benefit the second visit we learned the neurosurgeon is indeed very nice and caring and took all the time in the world to answer every question we thought to ask (we chalked up the first visit to a busy / bad day) My overall assessment is that I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for dealing with the hassles of the front desk receptionist. Even though I had very difficult and frustrating times throughout this process I would definitely recommend this office and doctor based on the experience, knowledge, and my personal experience of the surgery and recovery. Just be prepared for delays and to spend energy and effort following-up on commitments.
