However after moving 26 times in many homes Iregret to tell you it's the nastiest house we have ever owned. Complete not habitual by humans. The windows apparently were never washed. The planting highly overgrown and the amount of trash mulch on the property was unbelievable. 10 trucks filled to the brim it took to remove. If it was cleaned in 15 years I'm surprised. The grout was black and carpet was stained to the point of replacement. If your smart father father lived here it was a shame. The heath department should have been called in. What a shame this man was made to live in a nasty and unkept environment. Shame on you for allowing him to live in filth. The first week we have spent over $30k cleaning and repairing the house you terribly neglected. Shame on you sir for allowing your GRANT ANS INITELLIGENT FATHER TO LIVE THIS WAY. And what a shame you allowed us to and purchase a filthy home.A man of your means ( and wife) should be horsewhipped for the lack of integrity you have shown us with this property.Had we seen this house prior to purchasing I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID YOU $700k. A man of integrity would correct this matter immediately. Shame on you. It will cost upwards of $50,000 to clean up this poorly kept home. You shall reap what you have sewn. What goes around comes around. We will tell every one of the dispictable way we found this home and apparently the way you forced your father to live. I encourage you to do the honorable thing and correct this matter. I await your decision however will not hold my breath. You should and will be ashamed when you hear this in the community.

*Sanford location review*…read more Good medical care, subpar customer service via phone. This place is seriously lacking in the communication department. All calls to this location are diverted to the Fayetteville office in which may or may not get your message to the Sanford office. I spoke with the Fayetteville representative to have a vaccine ordered for my grandfather at the Sanford office and the message was never delivered, meaning a complete waste of appointment and unneeded headache. I will highlight however, the Sanford staff and medical care team were nothing short of accommodating and personable. Their receptionist, Shae was so kind. They ensured that our needs were met and we were well taken care of.. I would just recommend to their management that they secure a phone line specific to them, to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

I called on November 16th and November 22nd trying to speak to my provider about a referral that needed updating. I never received a phone call back either time. I was in need of an updated referral for a specialty appointment I have at Duke on the 30th. I made this appointment with Duke months ago under a referral that was active at the time. I called Primary and Immediate care back today, the 28th, to see what the status was and was told I needed to come in and see my provider to get an updated referral. Today is Tuesday, and my appointment is Thursday. If they had bothered to call me back either one of the two times I called previously, coming in would not have been an issue. So, I just paid out of pocket for the appointment I have scheduled on the 30th at Duke because they will not see me without the referral. If you value your provider seeing you as anything but a source of revenue, don't bother with this clinic. I personally liked the providers, but hated the way the clinic was ran.

They ask if I have insurance. I tell them yes but I have to pay them submit my bills to my insurance. The lady takes my insurance card and ID. I tell her about my address stuff. She says they call my insurance and my insurance says that they are not a provider so they can't bill it to them. They tell me this and say that it looks like insurance fraud. The exact words, insurance fraud, I tell them I bill it. They then tell me it would be $304.00, just to be seen. I tell them forget it. Who is trying to fraud who now? I went 1 mile down the road to another place and was seen for $145.00, they gave me my diagnosis and bill. I paid them myself and was treated well. I would never go back to PineRidge Urgent Care. Just to be treated that way was high way robbery. I paid less than half of what they wanted. Poor management. When I am pulling into the other urgent care that day, Pine Ridge calls me and says so "what is going on?", I told her I left because of what I was told, did the front desk not tell you? She says no they didn't. Don't think they know what they are doing. They are dealing with people's health. Not a broken lawn mower. Sad. Would give no stars, but not an option. But that is what I would give.

Absolutely unprofessional, kept interrupting me, and she thinks this is how to resolve an issue???? You resolve conflicts by being opening minded and ears listening. I spent time at this facility waiting for a opening somewhere else after having a stroke. I NEVER…read morefelt comfortable there. There weren't enough staff to adequately address the needs of people living there. They seemed to hire the lowest qualified person's to fill jobs. I felt they in return these low skilled employees were overseeing other low skilled mployees. Examples include hiring one LPN nurse and placing on her ALL the duties normally done by higher qualified nurses, like RN's. They're probably not doing anything illegal, but l think they're walking the line by pushing these employees to the max. I found the people dispensing medications to have minimal training. They were unable to pronounce the name of drugs they were dispensing or understand issues like appropriate milligrams, etc. The expectations were to track medications by reading and matching up who gets what. Only requiring the most basic of math skills. Out of curiosity l asked which organization gave them the *****rating and was stunned when l was told they themselves decided to add the 5 stars rating to their describing summary of the facility. This was not given by any regulatory organization who evaluate the care people there receive from the staff. In the time l was there, I experienced being told with whom l was to eat with and the chair/table l was expected to sit at. It was obvious not much thought was given to the task of seating arrangements in the dining room. They told me to sit with a very nice black woman, but she was unable to converse to any great extent because she was deaf. The food was not especially tasty, more institutional like than anything else. The whole mealtime arrangements seemed to be arranged for staff convenience and left me feeling. Seemed they didn't expect people to be able to find a place to sit for a meal. That people needed to be directed to a specified table/chair and with whom they're to share a meal with. They like to called Fox Hollow a "retirement community" but to me l found it to be more of a institution. I saw them repeatability, every day for hour's, sit a retired military man confined to a wheelchair to place him sitting alone in his chair until a time they wanted to assist him with getting into bed. No thought seemed to be given to matching his sex, personality or interests with other's in the place. While there a woman died alone in her room. It was obvious she was in a fragile state. I didn't however see staff making a effort to address her as a special person who shouldn't have been alone at her passing. Found most everything at Fox Hollow to be substandard and given by the least qualified person's. For what's given l think it's a expensive place. In all honesty l wouldn't recommend Fox Hollow. Staff's attitudes need adjustment. To be more individualized in meaningful ways. I believe most people residing there feel minimized as a person by staff employed to care for aging population. I also noticed they didn't treat people with the honesty l expect from care providers. Putting it nicely, a prior resident, gives the place a -5 rating. They repeatedly stretched truths to the point of dishonesty. It's clearly geared to meet the needs of person's who have significant cognitive impairment. I don't think they're so depersonalizing of residents, to allow bedsores or other types of mistreatment to occur, but it was a place l NEVER felt good about being part of. Other's felt the same way. Most staff Dicounted residents BIG time!!! Prior to moving in l met me the marketing director. She inquired as to my likes, hobbies, etc. But these issues were NEVER brought up again. It was clearly cheap useless chat and NEVER thought about again. This talk was not intended as part of anything. It's as if if we never had touched on such idea's. Just a place l didn't like. I felt the staff were definitely underqualified and protocols were everything.
