Unfortunately, when I looked in the case, it seemed as though they had been robbed. To Willy's credit, they did have a lot of pork and various sausages. Sadly, aside from a single Tomahawk that looked to be about 60oz, there were none of the marquee steaks that one would expect from a premier butcher. I will blame my disappointment on slick marketing. Perhaps the company that Willy's uses made the website and Instagram pages too good? They are certainly suggestive of a world class butcher shop, like Lobel's, or the meat room at Peter Luger's. I think that Willy's only had a single review on Yelp, despite having been open for a few years, is best reflective of how the store actually is, when you have gotten past all the marketing and all of the hype.

(The butcher packed my coolers and even carried it to my car! We made the trip out there to check it out. Is it easy to get to.. YES! Lots of signs to retail store. Is there parking? YES, a nice big parking lot. Do they have hours? YES, posted to their door. Do I regret taking so much time to get here? YES The staff are wonderful. They have a case of things they offer right then and there. They have a frozen section with a bunch of breakfast sandwiches and other items. They have a menu of things you can order. The store itself is small but it's quiet considering it's attached to their actual production area. My only regret is not coming when my freezer was low. We grabbed a whole bunch of items and saved quite a bit vs grocery store prices. Mark my word we will be back.
