I go to back to the garden center and the 2 guys there tell me I have to back outside and get the sign showing they are on sale and take it back to indoor check out. I do that... they are not convinced that sign belongs to those plants. The guys in the garden center (who have the plants in trying to buy) call someone else. He says in this instance he will make an exception and honor the price I'm stating. They want me to go back into the store, walk back to the garden center, get the plants and the sign and go back to cashier. They tell me they're not their plants, they belong to a third party vendor and they can't just give them away ! They didn't give them away. I left.

However for me its questions galore, like a kid in a candy store. What's this, what's that, How does this work, what is this for. Educational experience, I could spend hours in places like this just asking questions. The store is pretty large consider the outside does look a bit small, they have I think everything? One Aisle of power tools, an aisle and half of the air compressor tools. It is definitely really interesting. Welding supplies, air compressors, Gas tanks, generators, lawnmowers ( slim selection right now), clothing, pallet jacks, really they have a ton of stuff. The employees were super helpful they stopped and asked how we were doing a few times as we wondered through the store. I was randomly picking up objects and my husband was looking at different tools and supplies he would like. Overall it is a great experience. We will definitely be back. He did say the prices in the store were a bit higher than the catalog they have, but with the shipping and handling cost in the catalog the store prices might equal.

I'm raising awareness to report a television I purchased 22 NOV 24 at the Jones Valley Store. I…read morewent in to purchase a Black Friday special that was on the showroom floor (but was given a box from the back storage area). This television was already physically damaged when opened. The box had already been repackaged and not in a new condition. I immediately informed the store about the situation, and they asked that I provide photos of the damage. The television has not even powered on to display the picture. Again, I asked I be allowed to return this defective device for a full refund. I sent photos showing the Electronics Express box and a unit I purchased from Costco. The Smaller Costco box is in Brand new condition and works perfectly. Electronics Express store has simply given me a previously returned item, so they are not responsible for the loss of sale. They also made me sign a waiver since they weren't going to install the TV at $250, to deter any liability. Never do that, open the box in the store to inspect what you're buying! I'm going through corporate channels to get my refund and return their garbage TV!

We hear all the time about how today's youth are not polite or hardworking, but these young men completely defied that stereotype. I was blessed by their help in straightening out a problem that was my own fault to start with and greatly impressed with their work ethic, professional attitudes, and sincere kindness.

At least this town has a Walmart as small as it is --- they have some decent products but are sorely lacking a better stock of items. I spoke to one worker who said that they order as much as 15,000 in products and only get 3,000 or so back. I guess the supply chain doesnt help the product issues. The good things I like about this location is that they have a hair salon and a subway, and they have lots of customer service support which makes it pleasant to come here. I just wish they had a better selection of items to choose from. :( The three stars is due to lack of options but the people are 5 stars.

He said "oh you have a question, before I can answer your question you need to go over to the kiosk and register a place in the system" Now him and I were the only ones there so I just asked him where the product was. He said he cant answer a my question until I register in the system. So I gave them my name and #. They will get ahold of me by text when someone is available the screen read. I am a grown man and capable of walking in and out of a store without a cell phone glued to me, I had left mine in the truck because I did not need it. Now they cant get ahold of me to text me and let me know that the same man that would not answer my question would now answer it. I left and will not return, Amazon is my order place now for anything I used to buy at cabelas.
