In other news, THE SERVICE was a double "what the f***" My husband was already done with his drink by the time the food came out, our young server ignored it more time passed, pushed the empty cup more towards the edge so it was more noticeable and a older lady WATCHED me push the cup and proceeded to talk to our server and not tell him anything or refill the cup... .. not checked on once... husband got fed up and filled it himself and the older lady proceeded to say she would do it, BUT YOU DIDNT? He was trying to explain that to her nicely and she wasn't hearing it and kept ignoring and worrying more about screws because they were fixing something? My husband finished his whole meal with nothing to drink before he refilled it himself. Only got one apology from our young gentleman server minutes later. Nothing from the lady. OH and there was only us and one other table , so it's not like yall were that busy. Service went way down from previous owners.

Shannon is not only a waitress...she is your friend, daughter, sister... best friend. She is bubbly, cute, sweet, kind, adorable...a breath of fresh air. Day in day out this young lady has a smile. She works 6 days a week...she makes everyone FEEL SPECIAL AND HAPPY just by being next to her. No matter what the day brings Shannon is like a beacon in the dark. Always a big smile, a warm hug and sunshine. She is the reason that keeps most of us coming in. We found out that the owner Stephanie fired Shannon while this young lady was out on maternity leave. When this news got out to our group of 10...we decided that the very reason we came in...was not the lacklustre food...it was the absolute RAY OF LIGHT that beemed at us everyday when we sat down. Shannon was the very backbone of this establishment. Our group of 10 will NEVER be back . When more and more of your customers find out what happened...I assume they will not be back either. Wanted to try this restaurant at its new location inside the Pueblo mall. Chose this restaurant…read morebecause they offered crab legs and it's my hubby's birthday and that's his absolute favorite food. I called ahead to make sure they had them and was told yes. We ordered calamari, 5 piece fried chicken dinner, and 1lb crab leg dinner with an extra pound of crab legs for him. Waitress came back about 10 minutes later and let us know they were out of crab legs. Asked for the menu again and he decided on the beef raviolis. They were out of marinara, so Alfredo sauce would be fine. Never received the calamari. Dinner salads were small, but fresh. They ended up being the best thing we had. The fried chicken was freshly cooked, hot and juicy. Wish it had been a little more seasoned and crispy. French fries were raw in the middle and just limp. Hubby's raviolis were cheese instead of the ordered beef and were hard/chewy/dry. He wished there had been more sauce on them. I asked for ketchup and/or bbq sauce and waitress took my tea glass for a refill when the food was brought. I didn't get anything, nor my tea back. Overhead another waitress at the booth behind us tell the table they were out of marinara, no meat balls, no fillets, no some kind of steak over 12 oz. Though on the menu, no more seafood boils or 5lb burgers. Though 5 desserts were listed on the menu, per our waitress they only had tiramisu- no birthday carrot cake possible. I should have told the waitress about the fries, but after eating 2 pieces of the fried chicken with the ketchup and tea refill never received and everything else, we were just ready to go. Not a great or even good birthday meal. Waitress brought the check and to go box when we flagged her down for them. There was the calamari on the bill. I very nicely brought it to her attention, stating we never got it. She misunderstood and said, oh, that's ok. I clarified that we never received it, nor ketchup or my tea refill and she was good about removing the charge for the calamari and even removed the charge for my iced tea, though not asked to do so. Kinda wish she would have acknowledged that the mark was missed with our dinner, but no apology received. I understand that they're in a new location and still working on things. There are even signs up as you enter that state this. No desire to go back anytime soon. It's a nicely decorated and big space. I hope they get the kinks worked out.

Delicious!! Was hoping to find a great acai bowl place after moving from Arizona to Colorado!!…read moreArizona has an abundance of great acai places so I was hoping to find one that was just as good! I believe that I have! I would recommend calling in your order ahead of arrival to prevent waiting in store. The wait fluctuates from 10-30 minutes, depending on how busy they are, essentially. It seems as if the majority of guests call ahead, as I'm usually the only one sitting waiting. Buuuttt Wait!! It all means they make the order fresh, only after receiving the order, and it shows!! The fruit toppings are always on point, scrumptious, and never frozen! They offer a huge selection of anything on the menu, ample fruit choices, drizzle choices, ice cream choices....y'all get the idea! The acai bowl and cheesecake salad are my favorites!! OMG!! My first order, I couldn't decide between the two, so I went with both of them! I jumped in my Jeep and proceeded to inhale both! My husband was napping so he got to sample the last little bit! Which he loved! When I say it slaps....it slaps!!! Try it!! You're bound to love it!! Ohhh and the bathroom set up is adorable! The whole shop is too cute!
