The black beans were creamy and not too salty, the salsa thick and flavorful, the egg cooked perfectly , and the chips crunchy and soft depending on their smothered status. The coffee tastes good too and they offer fresh milk to add to it. The space is super cute and beautifully decorated. Lots of seating and nice music played overhead. This was a $2.50 breakfast! So did my father in law. I got flour tortillas and he got corn. My husband got the huevos rancheros. My mother in law got a western omelet. The portions were huge. The tortillas were made fresh. Everything was hot and delicious. The service was great. A little slow for such an empty restaurant but the freshness made it worth the wait. We stopped by for breakfast and coffee on a stormy Saturday morning. As soon as we entered, it felt warm and cozy, as if you were visiting a loved one. There was a musician playing guitar; perfect light music set the mood for diners and coffee-goers. The decor is colorful and eclectic. Since service was busy, there was a small wait, but no complaints there; the food was cooked well and enjoyed. We had eggs, bacon, and potatoes along with a breakfast sandwich which I forgot to take a photo of! I chose the Oreo latte for my coffee, and it was delicious; amazingly enough, it was not overly sweet, and I could say the same for their banana shake as well. The menu is average in price, actually on the lower end compared to a franchise. They also have a small store in the back corner where you can purchase different types of knickknacks before heading out. We defintley staid a little longer than we had anticipated but as I can say, we were comfortable. Apart from tables they do offer couch like seating for lounging too! Additionally they have a drive thru, so if it seems to overpacked or you want to do a pick up and leave the option is available.

The chips had great texture for being smothered in toppings. The portion was generous, and every ingredient came together well.
