She gave me a very natural tan, with a clear solution so it doesn't get everywhere, and an express version so I could shower in 3 hours time! It was also very light in odor if at all, which I love as opposed to smelling like burnt food. Ashley was super nice, easy to talk to, and really listens to her customers needs. I tried to be a patron and was argued with by the owner and an employee at the Monterey location within the first 24 hours of signing up for a membership? Lots of previous customers reporting the same bad customer service experiences. Seems like a business that doesn't actually want any customers? I want to add like other reviewers, Florence was very professional and clearly has real customer service experience. Unfortunately, she isn't working when I can make it to this location. All the other employees including the owner have been very confrontational and aggressively rude. I don't feel comfortable returning. I hope someone else opens another tanning salon soon.
