Was looking to get a spray tan for an upcoming wedding and had heard about this place through a family friend. I scheduled a bridal tan package with Ashley (the owner) and was nervous going in since I've had a bad spray tan before. I told her exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. She gave me a very natural tan, with a clear solution so it doesn't get everywhere, and an express version so I could shower in 3 hours time! It was also very light in odor if at all, which I love as opposed to smelling like burnt food. Ashley was super nice, easy to talk to, and really listens to her customers needs. Loved my spray tan here! I got exactly the shade that I wanted, and they were so respectful while going through the process of spraying. This was my first time in a long time and they provided plenty of pre and post instructions, and a great smelling coating so I wasn't too sticky. Really surprised to be honest after being given the recommendation and seeing reviews. Saw the owner for the service and noticed a sassy, almost impatient feeling attitude from her in general, from the beginning. Made to feel as if it was my fault for misunderstanding an instruction that was clearly not written on the card I was given for aftercare instructions. The most important detail of all, as a matter of fact. Ended up ruining my bridal tan and having to have it fixed by my make up artist the day of the wedding which was out of state. Instead I was told that the detail I should have known was on her website! Apparently I was expected to cross reference the card I was given upon leaving and go back to the website to compare those instructions? Funny how I thought that was supposed to be for convenience sake. The aftercare card is great- just make sure to include all details - otherwise what's the point? Obviously it's because you can't expect people to remember everything they read on a website. *Meanwhile, this business had a number to call/text with questions stated on the aftercare card but no business hours referenced. I was told to rinse off at 1030 pm since my tan was at 730 pm so I did attempt to get clarification via text. For reference I had not had a spray tan in over a year and was not familiar with this person's products which I did let her know. I was not asked to come in for a correction because the owner knew I was leaving the next day out of state for my wedding and it was too soon to tell what would happen. The point is, at least include the most important instruction if you're going to hand out a general instruction card. read more

Before my tan with Ashley I had only gotten sprays tans from an automated booth which always turned out ok but for some reason my hands always came out VERY dark and my legs were never dark enough.
