I wish I had had an orthodontist like this when I was a kid!! For kids, the waiting room is a game and video fun zone, with two movie areas, five video game stations, a fun-house mirror, and iPods to play with in the treatment chairs. For parents, there are comfy seats, a cafe area with chairs/tables, free WiFi, charging stations, a full coffee/tea station, more TV's set to grown up stations, and every publication you could want to read. Plus every once in a while, they bring out a tray of fabulous fresh baked COOKIES!! They have thought of everything. This thoughtful first impression carries through when you meet the docs and staff. They are warm and friendly, and very easy to talk to. The staff and docs give you straight-talk, show you how things are going at each step, with easy & clear instructions, and all the equipment, cute cases, and accessories. My 10-yr-old daughter was jazzed about the teal sparkle retainer she got to choose from a wide array of colors. She wore it religiously! And didn't lose it!!! We still have a ways to go in the process but so far, after about a year, it's been pain-free, and we are making progress. I especially love the tag-team approach of these three docs. You see any or all of them on each visit, so it's always easy to get an appointment. They confer with each other for the best approach. I really feel my daughter is in excellent hands and SBH makes going to the orthodontist as easy and pleasurable as one can make such an experience. Lastly, I love the reserved parking for SBH patients right outside the door! We are always running in late, and we never fail to grab a prime spot. Thank you SBH!!!!!!!

She was just a number to them, and they were a bit rude and off putting whenever we started voicing our concerns. We have since left this practice and are at a new practice where she has to wear a new set of braces for another two years due to having to move her teeth slowly. It's funny how they just had her on a timeline for when payments were done she would be done the braces, and unfortunately, every kid is not the same. Very disappointed because they refused to refund us at all, and weren't really willing to discuss our concerns.

They are hands down the most caring staff you'll encounter. Dr. Bunch's Carmel/Noblesville office has a very cool aesthetic that's modern but still comfortable. You can tell the staff genuinely love working there and with each other because they laugh and talk and work so well with one another. The front desk staff that deals with everything thrown at them never cracks... they are always courteous, kind, smiling, and genuinely okay with helping you figure out whatever needs figuring out. Big shout out to Dawn who ALWAYS smiles and takes time to make my kids and I feel special. My kiddos -- and even myself -- genuinely look forward to visiting to catch up with the orthodontic technicians. Leslie, who does all the financing and wrangling of insurance for braces, goes out of her way for you, too. And the orthodontist himself is super cool. He is approachable, kind, and meets each patient at their level. From my teenager who wants to talk sneakers with him, to my youngest who's super anxious and needs a lot of patience. And he's always taken the time to answer this mom's thousand questions because he's a parent himself. On top of all that awesomeness, they do a great job and have made some pretty janky teeth look A+ fantastic. Worth every penny. I'm still not done, though! Everytime you come in the office, they have coffee, tea, cookies and some sort of fun contest going on. AND, once a year Dr. Bunch rents out a local movie theater for a Patient Appreciation Night! My teeth were SUPER messed up and it was a process even before I got the braces on. I was thankful that I did NOT have to get any of my adult teeth pulled after another orthodontist had suggest that route. I am so thankful we found Dr. Sadler. Dr. Sadler has been there for me every step of the way. I am happy to say these past few years I now just wear my retainer as needed. I am thankful my parents took me to Dr. Sadler for braces. I can't imagine what my teeth would look like today without them. Having braces at times wasn't fun. Such as breaking brackets and poking wires. However the staff at Dr. Sadler's office always got me in quickly to fix any problems. I loved that I always had the options to change up my band colors as well. Braces isn't an overnight magic solution. It's a process but absolutely so worth it! As an adult I am grateful I went through the braces process as a kid/teenager. My process was a bit longer than most because of how complicated my teeth are. However my brother for example had braces for only a short amount of time and his teeth look AMAZING. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Sadler and give braces a chance.
