Dr. Sadler is an amazing orthodontist who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his patients. I began my journey towards braces in 4th grade. My teeth were SUPER messed up and it was a process even before I got the braces on. I was thankful that I did NOT have to get any of my adult teeth pulled after another orthodontist had suggest that route. I am so thankful we found Dr. Sadler. Dr. Sadler has been there for me every step of the way. I am happy to say these past few years I now just wear my retainer as needed. I am thankful my parents took me to Dr. Sadler for braces. I can't imagine what my teeth would look like today without them. Having braces at times wasn't fun. Such as breaking brackets and poking wires. However the staff at Dr. Sadler's office always got me in quickly to fix any problems. I loved that I always had the options to change up my band colors as well. Braces isn't an overnight magic solution. It's a process but absolutely so worth it! As an adult I am grateful I went through the braces process as a kid/teenager. My process was a bit longer than most because of how complicated my teeth are. However my brother for example had braces for only a short amount of time and his teeth look AMAZING. Clean, friendly, and prompt. We love all the staff here. Everyone is super friendly and great to my son. They offer incentives like a points for rewards system for doing things like brushing well. In the summer they have free Kona Ice for patients when the truck parks in from of their building. Such a fun place to receive treatment. They really make getting braces special. We aren't done treatment yet, but so far we've noticed a nice difference in my son's smile. Dr. Sadler always checks in after the techs complete work to let us know if we are on track or what to expect. He's super friendly as well and not intimidating at all. We love Dr Chuck and the rest of the staff at Sadler Orthodontics! When my daughter's pediatric dentist felt she needed to be seen by an orthodontist, I truly didn't know where to begin looking. Our dentist gave us a list of several orthodontists, and I called one on the list. We went and I was NOT impressed. I felt so pressured, I nearly left in tears. Braces aren't cheap, so having a credit card machine shoved in my face didn't go over well. I then found out about Sadler Orthodontics and decided to get a second opinion. From the moment we walked in, my daughter and I felt welcomed and important. Her name was on the board as a "new patient" and the staff was so helpful. I was able to get a cup of coffee and my daughter got a Capri Sun and a complementary chapstick! We waited maybe 10 minute and met with a super nice lady - crystal - who took the x rays and explained everything to us. Then Chuck came in, very laid back, very knowledgeable and told us that he would like to have my daughter get a tooth pulled and wait about 6 months before starting anything. I was explained the financials of everything and told to look everything over. Six months later, I had my son get a consultation and my daughter came back to see if things were all set to start phase one. Again, Dr Sadler made us feel not pressured and said we can definitely wait with my son for about a year and start anytime with my daughter in the next couple of months. We scheduled all of my daughters phase one appointments and I told them I would figure out the payment once I talked to my children's dad, as we are divorced. Side note, I also had my 1 and 3 year old with me. Staff and Dr. Chuck were AMAZING with them! Gave my 3 year old stickers and paper to color with and let her play with all the teeth molds. Made sure the room was safe for my 1 year old. Outstanding. No pressure. No credit card machines. No almost crying. Thank you Sadler Orthodontics!!!!! read more

I have two kids in braces with Sadler. They are very cooperative with financing and scheduling. Recently had an issue with my daughters braces where a wire came loose at dinner. The wire was jabbing her in the gums. I called Dr Sadler after hours. He called me back within 15 mins. I had an appt that evening (7:45 pm) within 1 hour from when I called. Amazing!!! Not only did they take care of the loose wire, they went ahead and did the adjustment for her next appt. saved us another appt and taking her out of school. Jodi was very friendly during the process of taking X-rays, pictures of my teeth and explaining orthodontics. The staff and orthodontists are great. But, the hours need to be extended. 8 am-5 pm does not allow for enough before and after school appointments. 7:30 am-5:30 pm like Walker-Dixon is much better. read more

Last Spring I was referred to your Ortho office by my dentist. I left several voicemails and once my call was returned. I was in a meeting at that time and advised the employee I would call back. I called back and back and again and again leaving numerous voicemails and no one EVER returned my call. Today I went to my dentist and asked for another referral to a different ortho and received a referral to Sadler and to Walker Dixon. I thought, maybe I will give Sadler a second chance, more accurately a 10th or 11th. I just called and was transferred to a new patient coordinator where I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I then called back and received your infamous voicemail. Please let this serve as an official grievance from a lost prospective customer. Your customer service is lacking and your employees need training in the returning voice mails and treating prospective patients with the same respect they would like to receive in return. read more
