Apparently, every issue that I, as a customer, notice in a brand-new vehicle is considered "normal" by them. They even told me that if I wanted the issue fixed, I would have to pay out of pocket to replace a part that, according to them, was still perfectly fine. I ended up taking the vehicle to another dealership, and it turned out that the issue was NOT normal. On top of that, it wasn't even the part that the first dealership claimed might be showing wear. In my experience, they also did not perform thorough testing or properly investigate the issues I brought to them. Every time I came in with a problem, I was told that they had other vehicles with the same issue and that it was therefore "normal." So be careful about what vehicle you buy from this dealership, because apparently many of their vehicles have the same "normal" problems.

Completion of Repairs and Final Cost Discrepancy On…read moreThursday, May 22, I called Robert at 11:23 AM to inquire whether my vehicle was ready for pickup. He responded that the technician was about to test drive the vehicle and that I should expect a callback within 30 minutes. At 12:11 PM, I received the follow-up call, where Robert informed me that the car was being washed and prepped for release and would be ready within 10 minutes. Again, I asked that he email me the final cost and a detailed invoice. He acknowledged this request, but the call was unexpectedly disconnected before it was fulfilled. Lack of Clarity and Dispute Over Quoted Amount I was stunned and confused by this amount, especially since I had been told repeatedly that the total repair cost would be around $2,400, minus the one hour of labor, which should have brought the cost closer to $2,200. When I questioned this discrepancy, Robert explained that the $2,400 figure was only for the radiator repair, and not the total repair cost. At no point in any of our prior conversations was this distinction made clear. I expressed to him that this was highly misleading, and that had I known the actual total cost in advance, I may have made a different decision regarding how to proceed. Additionally, the lack of a formal, written estimate throughout the process is both unprofessional and unacceptabl A review of the communication process to determine why I was not properly informed of the full scope and cost of the repairs. Consideration of a partial reimbursement or adjustment, given that I was never provided with a clear, written estimate or approval request for the full cost before the work was completed. I believe this situation reflects a serious lapse in communication and customer service protocols. At a minimum, customers deserve to be fully informed before being held financially responsible for services rendered--particularly when the cost increases by over $1,100 from the most recent verbal estimate. Final Thoughts While I appreciate the staff's willingness to investigate and repair the issues with my vehicle, the lack of clarity and failure to honor prior estimates has left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. Transparent communication and timely documentation are standard expectations for any service department, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met in this instance. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss potential resolutions and to ensure that this experience helps improve service practices moving forward.

He treated me like family and really saved me money. The financial advisor Josh Grimes also was very helpful and I felt like he was looking to help me save every dollar I could as well. My salesman, while being a great dude that I like as a person, was deffinitely still a salesman. Without saying a name or anything specific that raised red flags to me, I just get the feeling he'd say anything to get my money ASAP, and while he might do me a favor I imagine he got more out of the exchange than I did. Which is just him doing his job and looking out for his family above all else so that's understandable. I bought a truck and it's running great so far.

After waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes standing directly in the middle of the doorway no one greeted me. A Caucasian couple then entered behind me and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a salesman! I then asked the young lady at the front desk who hadn't greeted me, "haven't I been standing here?" with a look of confusion on my face. She smirks acknowledging the fact that she knew I should have been greeted by a salesman and asks how she can help me. I said that I inquired about a car but I'm ok because there customer service there is terrible because why haven't I been greeted. She then states well sales doesn't open to 9 when I'm looking at two separate couples being helped by salesman and one of which came in after me! I then told her to let the salesman Guy Mauro know they are completely unprofessional and I no longer am interested in the vehicle. As I exit, a gentleman asks can help me with anything before I walk out, I assume it was Guy. I tell him no they can't and I was blatantly ignored when I entered. He tried to then say they aren't pushy salesman so that's why and I explain clearly that's not the case cause the couple that walked in right after me was greeted IMMEDIATELY. He then had nothing to say and ask if there is anything can he help with and I remind him that no they cannot because I don't want anything from a place that stereotypes people based on their skin color or vehicle they drive or clothes they wear. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU SUPPORT RACISM
