Misaligned quarter panels with no gaps. The gap on the hood is correct. The vertical line below is not correct.

The only reason we're giving one star is for the friendliness & helpful work of our salesperson. After that, the four other empty, dim stars are for Carmax's poor customer service, customer satisfaction & quality of their work. We found a Chevy blazer with very low mileage in Nashville which we liked in pictures as well as descriptions. NOTHING was ever mentioned about prior accidents. We decided to pay for the cost of the vehicle to be transported to the Buford, GA carmax location sight unseen (except for pictures and written description). We paid just over $30,000. cash with extremely high expectations. Upon inspection, the interior of the vehicle was NOT cleaned, vacuumed or detailed. It WAS left a mess for us. There were many scratches & scrapes throughout the exterior that were NOT mentioned in the description. They were not fixed, repainted or repaired. The wax on the exterior was left on black plastic which looked awful & the spills of unknown substances were NOT cleaned up between the drivers seat & console nor the passenger side dash & interior side window. Carmax attempted to clean it up but didn't which resulted in making an appointment & spending an afternoon in the waiting room while the repairs were being made. The unknown substance was still between the seats and scratches were not taken care of. If that wasn't enough, the passenger side mirror safety warning indicator lights up when there's nothing to indicate another vehicle nearby. That problem has to be taken up with a Chevy mechanic which is another separate appointment. While at home in the garage under bright lights, I noticed a HUGE problem I wished I saw prior to leaving the carmax garage. The front end had been pushed in so far that the gap between it and both quarter panels were misaligned. It was clearly in an accident but unreported. What happened to their 150 point inspection carmax guarantees on every single vehicle?! Carmax should have caught these problems during their infamous 150 point car inspection. That was an obvious a lie a cash paying customer. How do they treat other customers who are on payment plans? We scheduled to take the Chevy back to get the front end repaired. When I got home from work, the gaps were not repaired at all but only moved, jostled and raised in other places. We are now at making yet another appointment to repair the gaps in the front of the vehicle. They now have our money & beyond that, their actions on making us happy cash paying customers are extremely low on their priority list according to their actions. They also had the audacity to ask us if we want a huge, red ribbon wrapped around the vehicle as we drove off their lot. We dec

Still waiting for a replacement FOB, seems to be slow in coming. Salesperson (Tom H) was a real plus in the purchase of my Acadia.

She's had her car three years now and all the maintenance done here and has had great service great support when she needs anything. They have a good inventory of Volkswagens and other used cars and a huge parking lot of inventory they need to move. Did a full service in less than three hours giving me time to have lunch with my kiddos and even ran into the mall for a few things. My car runs great and this is a great dealership to work with. Highly recommend

Was told diagnostic may take time. James told me he can reserve me a loaner but waitlist is a month. So I reschedule for a month out per his recommendation. A month later, I'm told James called out of work and didn't reserve a loaner. Another advisor Quentin took over and said they can give me a loaner tomorrow. The next day at dropped off I said I may need an oil change too. He said he will look into the history and will let me know. When I went to get my car, Quentin wasn't there. Oil change was done and the 30k free service used. My car only had about 18k, why they didn't use the 20k service. I was annoyed but didn't have time to ask. Next visit, while waiting I asked Asmir about the service. He look into it and saw that the 10K service expired and so the previous owner used the 20K service which is why they 30k service. I appreciated it, so I started booking with him. No issues for a few visits. Last visit- I booked with Asmir on Friday 8am for A/C issues. I usually drop my car off the night before. At drop off, I handed Quentin my keys and I told him I had an appt tomorrow with Asmir, told him about A/C issues and also mentioned that I notice some paint chipping off my rims. Him and the assistant manager looked at the rims and said that it looks like they have been repainted (before I bought the car?) but that they can try to push the claim through for underlying problem since you can see where the original manufacturer paint was chipping, and it shouldn't be a problem. Friday morning, 2 hrs after my appt I get text/emails from VW of me missing my appt. I told them my car was already there. I then got busy with work, so about 5pm, I gave VW a call. Will from the front answered. I asked him about the status and he said my car is currently in diagnostic. I asked if the rims were noted and he said no. He then transferred me to Quentin. Quentin tells me that Asmir called out and that no one knew my car was there so it has not been touched. (Even though he took my keys from me less than 24hrs earlier). When questioned about the appt and Will lying, he said they don't have a process for when someone calls out. Sounds like poor management. I asked when to expect an update as I can't go without a car. He put me on hold, upon return, he said he got me a loaner with no wait and that he checked in my car. Great! 4 days later-no update. I texted; Quentin told me it's still in queue. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor; Sead was "busy" and sent me to VM, I left a VM and asked to be called back- no response. 4 hrs later, I texted and said I will be showing up if I don't hear back. Immediately, Asmir texts and says he was looped in by Sead bc the service line was "blowing up" and that Quentin is out with Covid (even though I was texting with him that morning). I asked him to call me, when he did I asked was Sead who I left a VM asking for a call back. He said yes and apologized that Sead should've called me. He assured my car will be seen asap and not worry as he is taking over. I trusted him so I agreed. Wednesday comes and go, still no activity on my car- Thursday morning I am told that the tech will pull my car in soon. By 12, I called as my car is still untouched since the day I dropped it off. Asmir said he will go see what's up. Within 21 mins of pulling my car in-I am told that the claim was denied due to prior alterations on the rims and that they flushed the system and recharged it with Freon- A/C seems to be fine. I asked was there anything thar can be done about the rim as the original paint coming off under the repaint and if something wasn't wrong, why would all 4 rims need to be repaired in the first place. They said my carfax report has CarMax painting the rims, so no. I asked for a copy of the denial and was told "I can see if I can get a copy". Then they said the claim advisor is on site and said that VW will not consider the claim so no claim was submitted. I was then informed told that Sead wanted to speak about the warranty situation in person. I told Asmir I can come in morning and was told that Sead will be in. When I showed up, I was told Sead is out for the day-shocker! The warranty advisor is sitting 10ft away and didn't bother to say anything. Prior to buying the car- I pulled a full Carfax report- no mention of repair. At this point, I gave back the loaner, took my car and left. I wasted too much time with this place. I will gladly take my car to another VW dealership. And guess what, my rims got repaired, free of charge- just no thanks to this place.

I actually didn't plan to buy a car at all - it was in the back of my mind, but when I went to the dealership it was just to have a recall service performed on my 2017 RAV4. I've loved that car for many years, but it was past time for a few upgrades. I ended up test driving and buying a 2024 RAV4 - everything I loved about the first one, just BETTER. My wife ended up joining me for the test drive, and bought herself a Jeep Gladiator on the same day! Our sales associate, Naser, was terrific. He was present and answered all questions, but at no point was he pushy or insistent. He couldn't have been easier to work with. The same can be said for Ruben, who handled the financing end of things. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at AutoNation!

I let the sales associate know what my expectations were. 1. To not have games played and have the best offer upfront. 2 I let him know I already had preapproval for a loan and that I already had bids in for my trade. He did ask for the information which I refused to give as I wanted to see the best offer they could give me. The rep took my key for appraisal (which he did himself on the computer Infront of me). Then he went to the desk (as they always do) and came back with an appraisal offer for my truck. This offer was laughable at best and insulting at less than half the Value of the truck. I asked nicely for my key back and he refused and went back to the desk for a few minutes, then came back with another lowball offer. I showed him a quote of an offer to prove I do have a current offer way above what is being offered here and asked for my keys back again and he repeatedly refused and went back to the desk. When he returns guess what he still does not have my key and is trying to make me another offer which is still lower. He is now telling me why it is lower and using NADA instead of Kelly and thinking I have not looked at all the items he is showing me even though I told him at the beginning I did my research. Then he tries using an incentive to make up for the difference which I would be getting regardless so it's still a lowball offer. At this point I went to the desk myself and retrieved my key. Do not use Auto nation at all I have had problems with Auto Nation in another state in the late 90s selling me a car as new and finding out the car had been titled out. I tried again this is a crooked company.

That went as planned and was completed fine. picked up car and drove home - no issues. The next day, was driving to lunch when I heard a scraping noise about 35 MPH. pulled over, didn't see anything (thought I maybe ran over a bag or something). got back in and drove it around 32 MPH heard the scraping noise. Pulled over - car was on a slight hill so I could easily look under it and in front of both front tires there was some sort of shield/cover that was missing multiple bolts or fastener. called dealership, finally got past automated systems and reached a person - who called me back after talking to the service manage and said could I drive it in. I did (5 miles no faster than 30 MPH to not have it scrap). the service advisor who I saw the day before asked what was up - I explained - he went out and looked under the front of the care - said he saw the part was sagging on both sides. He took it back to put it up on a lift. about 15 minutes later, he came out and said that the tech who worked on the car, who was out, had left 8 or 9 fasteners on top of his tool box - and those were for my car. The advisor installed (or had them installed) and that seemed to fix the issue. He said he didn't see anything that looked damaged (other than the part was scraped). My question...to him (and to the dealership via their survey) was why was I not notified when the tech found extra parts from the car - I understand things can get missed, but to not bring it to the attention of the service department advisors or management so they could call me to get the car in to be fully repair. I still haven't heard back from the dealership about my queries so I decided to write this review.

Rather than focusing on the vehicle, my concerns, or working toward a deal, much of the conversation centered on how long he had been in the business and why he believed no one was better than him. His attitude came across as arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful. Throughout the conversation, I felt talked down to rather than treated as a valued customer. Instead of discussing reasonable options or working toward a mutually beneficial agreement, the interaction felt more focused on establishing his authority and experience than addressing my questions and concerns. I did like the vehicle and wished it was different but will not give money to a dealership that treats people like this.
