I called and spoke to Drake at the Asheville Ford dealership QuikServe and he told me to bring the truck straight to him. He was able to repair the tire and put air and check everything for me to make sure it was fully safe and dependable.. I will eventually buy a new tire maybe even four but when I get them, I will remember Drake and the excellent customer service I received from Asheville Ford Quick Serve.

I immediately called and scheduled an appointment to get the issue resolved and also booked regular maintenance for the same visit. When I arrived, I was told the part needed for the recall wasn't available -- something they could have easily informed me of before my appointment. Instead, I wasted my time and left with an unresolved safety issue. Over the next year, I repeatedly called to check on the part's availability -- after 3 months, then 6 months, then nearly a full year -- and every time I was told the same thing: "We don't have the part." Only recently did they finally contact me to come in and get the recall fixed. I took time off work and showed up for my scheduled 9:30 a.m. appointment. To my disbelief, they again told me the part wasn't available. After 3 hours of waiting they put tape on my car and told me that's all they could do for me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!! Because of their failure to complete the recall repair in a timely manner, the seams around my windshield have separated, and now the windshield makes noise while driving. This is not just an inconvenience -- it's a potential safety hazard. Ford and this dealership are responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of their vehicles, and they've clearly failed to do so in my case. I shouldn't have to chase a dealership for over a year to have a safety recall addressed. It's disappointing, unprofessional, and unsafe. I strongly urge Ford to review this location's handling of recalls and customer communication. No customer should be treated this way.

Fred-Anderson Toyota inflates prices, and then lies to customers, so they are not worried about selling. There is an average 20% markup to their pricing strategy. Be sure to look up book on any car you are interested in BEFORE speaking with anyone at the dealership! The dealership engages in the standard cars.com and autotrader aggregator trick where they list a vehicle in multiple locations from Raleigh to Asheville! Be absolutely sure to find out where a car is physically located before going to any Fred-Anderson location. Finally, this is my third attempt to purchase a car from Fred-Anderson. I have been through pairs of salespeople, and a Finance Director and have found the entire staff, from the 'Director' down to the service people to be basic, backwoods, mountain folk. I wouldn't bring business here unless you want to be cheated, lied to, and offended by good 'ol boys. In 15-years of professional service and business, and routinely purchasing 4 cars yearly, I can say with knowledge and experience that Fred-Anderson Toyota is one of the worst car dealerships on the eastern seaboard. Trust me. Stay away from Fred-Anderson Toyota.

I've tried to give this Ford dealership multiple chances over the years, and every experience is…read morethe same: frustrating, stressful, and honestly exhausting. They take your vehicle, give you a timeline, and never stick to it. Every time I bring my truck in, they magically "find" something wrong. Every single time. And somehow the warranty is always "expired" or "not valid," even though it's not. It feels like a script at this point. They also never have loaner cars available. Not once have they had a vehicle for us to use -- even when they know we depend on our truck, even when they know we're on a deadline, even when we tell them we're going out of town and have to have it back. Instead, we get, "It won't be ready," and "Sorry, no loaners." Zero solutions, zero support. The people answering the phones -- the service advisors -- are honestly the best part of the whole place. They're doing their jobs, they work hard, and they're stuck in the middle trying to deliver bad news all day. They deserve credit, because the real issue is management. Whoever is running this place clearly isn't prioritizing customers, communication, or accountability. The pattern is too consistent to be anything but a deeper problem. Bottom line: Ford has never done anything for us but cost us time, money, and frustration. We've been loyal, patient, and clear about what we need -- and it still doesn't matter. The customer service is broken from the top down, and nothing ever changes. We shouldn't have to beg for basic care, basic communication, or basic honesty. I honestly never want to deal with this dealership again.

This includes the service manger Richard. On top of that that try to tell you that you need services that you don't need. I was told I needed spark plugs and a fuel system cleaning, not recommended but needed. Thing is I had that done several months ago at another Ford dealer. One would think that information would be available across dealerships, quests what it's not. Based on my experiences I would recommend taking your car and your money a few miles up the road to Ken Wilson ford you will talk to a polite, attentive, and available representative.

My wife and I bought a fantastic Ford F-150 5.4 v8 triton, two days later the truck would not start,I understand that there is some kind of warranty,I called skyline Motors and Vince the owner, drove out to my house with his own wrecker, had towed it to his mechanic, from what I understand Vince had him replace everything to do with the fuel including the fuel pump which I know does not come cheap, and they also found a wire issue and fixed that to,than Vince the owner personally delivered my truck back to me at my house, before Vince left he shock my hand and told me he wasn't charging me ANYTHING for all he had done and done for the truck. Vince could have been like most other car dealers and tell me I bought it,it's my problem now,but he didn't,he went way above and beyond what he needed to to make my wife and I happy with the truck,I would DEFINITELY buy another vehicle from him in a heartbeat, and I actually have one in mind lol.
