Leonard's Auto helped us get a great vehicle at a great price. Phil went above and beyond to help us in any way possible to meet our needs and get the deal done. I am very happy with the customer service and even happier with my new vehicle. I would highly recommend this auto dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.

Disgruntled but i had learned my lesson and would never quietly enough never dealt with them again...BUT no one was home when they arrived, save for my teen daughter and dog. So what did they do? Well, having checked with our security company and soent hours having them test and reset the system, the thugs from Cale Rogers used *federal, state and locally illegal wifi jammers, trying to take our wifi thus security cameras AND ability to call 911 off line - which is why these devices are entirely illegal. My child was home alone and these folks entered the garage and were attempting to gain entry to the house when the german shepard arrived. My daughter was outside trapped on a balcony, terrified and unable to call 911, and these deplorable thieves were coming in! Luckily we dont use the standard , commonly used systems these jammers work perfectly on- and were able to get not only voices but the exact lapse in time (they kept our wifi dysfunctional for over 16 minutes however their voices, screen shots and, if you look at the video, an exact id of the big bubba reflected in the window when the dog was coming at him and he left. So first of all if you are having trouble but aren't one of their good ol boys or church members, go somewhere honest where they care about all customers, not just their cliques and repeat suckers. But first and foremost, in a hard time the last thing want is breaking and entry, burglary traumatized child unable to get help, and well.... Why would yougo in someone's house when they arent home? Robbery. Also in the event same happens to you please be aware the chain of command requires you to first report to the fbi and fcc,, it will be time consuming but worth it! Oh and they took five epipens i carry for life threatening allergies. At a going rate of $700 per dose they owe me far more than i owe them.

A gem in the mountains…read more The car buying process can be intimidating. At places like Asheville Chevrolet it can be a stress-free and efficient interaction with warm genuine people that work and live in our community and treat customers accordingly. This review is for the sales, clerical and administrative staff, and finance office only. I had no dealing(s) with the service department so I won't comment about that. This week I had really positive interactions with Mark Hansen, Melanie Cutshaw, Matt Elliott, Amber Kirby, and Stan "The Man" Anders. S Seriously, these folks treat you like neighbors, and seek "win-win" solutions to negotiating and car-buying. I would be confident to send my Mom, my wife, or my friends here based on my experiences with the staff. I met a few of the other staff briefly and there seems to be a pattern that can only result from a deliberate and careful hiring process. It's a quality place with quality people, y'all. I know a little bit about cars, and about finance, and the few bits of "friendly advice" that they offered throughout the week were honestly all in a buyer's best interest and not intended to drive up commission, financing, or gimmicks. I don't need, expect, or appreciate the types of dealers and admin staff who try to push all kinds of unnecessary and overpriced extras into a deal. I mean if you want extra windshield wiper coverage and super slime tire treatment I'm sure they offer the same things as all dealerships (the signage suggests that it's all available), but they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and that's what I expected, so it's what I would predict for their interaction with you too. Because the (#1, very best, and repeatedly proven) predictor of future behavior is....past behavior. My advice: shop with confidence, do your homework, and expect a good experience here. Edit: I just browsed previous reviews, and realize others had similar experiences with the sales process and team. I almost commented on the full tank of gas, something that really used to be commonplace but for some reason now becomes an extra negotiation at "those other dealers" and seems to be standard M.O. at Asheville Chevrolet. While i worked with a few people throughout the week, they all seemed knowledgeable about the previous discussions, consistently low-pressure and accommodating in their approach, and promptly helpful every step of the way. There wasn't any "handing off to the closer," nor "gut 'em in the finance office," or shady old-school sales tricks. Straight forward honest approach all the way. I brought the truck home and got up this morning and it has leaks. They also told me when I picked it up that I had a broken motor mount. I asked when they noticed it why they didn't contact me. I was told they found it when they drove it last Thursday, then I was told by another person it came to the shop that way. They have very very poor customer service and communication at the service department. I Highly recommend Not using them to service your vehicle at all. I ask to speak to a manager and I got told to have a nice day. I called the GM and still haven't received a call back from him. They are the worse service department I have dealt with over the past 30 years

I immediately called and scheduled an appointment to get the issue resolved and also booked regular maintenance for the same visit. When I arrived, I was told the part needed for the recall wasn't available -- something they could have easily informed me of before my appointment. Instead, I wasted my time and left with an unresolved safety issue. Over the next year, I repeatedly called to check on the part's availability -- after 3 months, then 6 months, then nearly a full year -- and every time I was told the same thing: "We don't have the part." Only recently did they finally contact me to come in and get the recall fixed. I took time off work and showed up for my scheduled 9:30 a.m. appointment. To my disbelief, they again told me the part wasn't available. After 3 hours of waiting they put tape on my car and told me that's all they could do for me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!! Because of their failure to complete the recall repair in a timely manner, the seams around my windshield have separated, and now the windshield makes noise while driving. This is not just an inconvenience -- it's a potential safety hazard. Ford and this dealership are responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of their vehicles, and they've clearly failed to do so in my case. I shouldn't have to chase a dealership for over a year to have a safety recall addressed. It's disappointing, unprofessional, and unsafe. I strongly urge Ford to review this location's handling of recalls and customer communication. No customer should be treated this way.
