My partner had me tell him what I thought would look good and I asked that they not cut all the texture out of his hair, it was several inches long in most places and had some nice curls. I also asked for it to be shorter around the ears and scissor cut on top, leaving as much length as possible. Well, that particular barber didn't hear a word I said and chopped my man's hair down to nothing. Barely leaving an inch on top of his head and basically using a number 2 up past the crown. He left him with white marks and hair all over him, and completely ignored the fact that I asked to have his beard trimmed too. He spent the entire cut staring at everyone and everything in the room except what he was being paid to do. So disappointed. Don't trust the marketing. I could have done a better fade on him myself at home. My partner was upset, but he's not someone to complain about a service. I was ready for a fight, he had to make me leave the shop I was so angry. It's going to take 6 months for his hair to grow out that much again.
