The sandwich selection is awesome. Many burger varieties to choose from. My favorite is the barbecue chicken sandwich. It is loaded with all the fixings, lettuce, pickle, tomato and a great big piece of chicken, with a toasted bun. The onion rings are also great. Not greasy, just crispy. The service is top notch as well. The cashier was right there at the counter, ready to take your order. It took less then 5 minutes to receive my to go order. The place was clean and presented well. I always order the famous star because it comes just the way they started making burgers n not adding any extras. Just a perfect burger every time I go. N their natural fries are so yummy. Service is great weather we dine inside or take out. Very quiet when we go inside. But I don't mind quiet . Better quiet than loud n obnoxious conversations. read more

I ordered 40 bucks worth of food, I hand them my card and told super condescending "aww I'm sorry sir but your card is declined" Funny, it had no balance, so I hand them another card, and I literally wait like 10 minutes for them to return to the window with my card and told me I can't have my order unless I have cash... First of all, don't let me order so much food, without telling me this. Secondly, if you happened to have your machine go down, why is it the consumers fault? We all know that 40.00 worth of food really only costs you Pennies yet I am denied service. At least you all had everything available this time, minus the fact I couldn't get my order. Quit fast food for the most part and don't go get it often...buuut... Went for a quick breakfast here, dine in and while my calorie counter went on red alert and my cholesterol climbed as high as mt. Everest, i gotta give this place a thumbs up for the breakfast burger and the tater tot round fried thingys... This 'Big Country' is anything but... I'm seeing a particular trend here with this restaurant; it's called $hit. I've never seen a restaurant continue to work in the public with this much horrible continuous execution of service. The food is never prepared with quality, it never appears even closely to the menu, and the totality of its products is the worst I've seen in the fast food enterprise... I absolutely can NOT recommend this restaurant in Sahuarita/Green Valley. The management here is vacant. read more

Carl's is the best fast food burger of the players out there, and their menu is pretty deep and wide. They have cupons and specials and the people who work there are always nice. I had the Monster Angus Burger today with jalapino's instead of bacon and it was incredibly good. Why not 5 starts then? Because their French Fries are the worst in the fast food industry. Dry, tasteless assortment of many different sizes and none of them very big, plus when you order a meal instead of just a sandwich they rip you off on price. Go have a good burger, but pass on the fries and the super expensive soft drink. read more

Went to the restroom while my wife ordered and didn't feel like eating when I came out. It was disgusting. While eating I saw an employee in the back sweeping and then emptying the dust bin by tilting it with her bare hand. I could do nothing but wonder if she handled food after that without washing and putting gloves on. Wonder what I didn't see? read more

I was doing some shopping and saw this Carl's Jr. across the parking lot. It was lunch time so.....turns out I made a good choice. My order was taken quickly and the food came to my table just a few minutes later. I had the Midnight Moonshine burger, wow, another good choice. We went here for a carry out order two weeks ago , since the dining area was closed due to the coronavirus. I was surprised to see that employees were cooking and serving food without wearing gloves or masks. When I asked the man serving at the window why they weren't in compliance with the health department, he said he had a death wish and was hoping to die. I will never go back there again. I have always liked Carl Jr's but have to say their quality of food has really gone downhill. I ordered a Carl's Western Burger , hold the BBQ Sauce . The meat was dry and had no flavor at all. My husband bun on his burger was black on one side totally black...it could not have been missed. We used the drive through , and I guess they figured we would check the food till we got home...which was true. We live 12 miles from the store so didn't take it back . Carl's Jr is usually a safe bet for traditional burgers and fries. I've been to many of their locations, and this is by far the best one I've been to. Most of the time the staff is friendly and even when it's busy, food service times are very reasonable. read more

This is so poorly run. There can be no other customer in there and you'll still wait forever for your food. And most of the time, they get the order wrong. It's usually dirty there as well. The Carl's in Tucson are much better, though I think they're all overpriced for what you get. read more

My observation about customer flow stands. It busy again at 2:00pm. Changed to a teriyakied turkey burger. Hit the spot. The pop/soda was flat sugar water. The burger was tasty. The fries were fresh hot. My wife and I ate for $15 and change. The other night at Burger King it was $10 and change for 2 fish sammies, a medium onion ring and a medium drink. At least the drink was fizzy but Carl's is the better value as well as a place we don't come to too often since we don't live down here. read more

My husband, myself and our two kids arrived at Carls Jr for some burgers at 1:39pm and left at 2:07pm.... When my husband went to fill our cups while I sat with my kids, he asked me what else I wanted besides Tea as both the tea containers were infested with ants! My husband told the girl staff member there was ants, she went and looked at them and then walked behind the counter to let another staff member know. I assumed she was going to bring something out to clean the ants or even just remove the containers, however, she did neither. So finally, my husband goes and tells another staff member the situation of ants crawling all over the tea containers beside the ketchup, utensils and sodas. That staff member says, "Oh, she's going to take care of that." As 2pm approaches, the female staff member is seen leaving for the day, totally disregarding the ants. By this time, drive thru customers have had their cups filled with tea AND another member walked over and wiped the soda tray... but again disregards the ants. To our surprise, the second staff member that was informed is now also spotted leaving for the day...he too totally disregarding the ants!! My husband jumps up and walks over to yet another staff member filling sodas and informs him that 2 staff members were told about an ant infestation 30 minutes ago with no one handling the situation... this staff member continues to fills cups and says "My manager will be here on Tuesday". Are you joking me?! I could not believe he did nothing, NOTHING! Disgusting!! We'll be sending video! Just move the dang containers people! read more
