Bad experience at this Carl's Jrs. My burger was squashed and barely warm, my french fries were over fried and inedible, and I was so over them both. Only my drink was palatable. Usually my experiences are Carl's Jrs are great. This place must be the exception. Notwithstanding, talking into the drive-thru speaker was an experience I do not wish to live again, as the order taker was almost unintelligible. I guess that was English he was speaking. HORRIBLE!!! I went there on Sunday and ordered 4 California Burgers @ $2.99 each. They charged me $19.40 for them (do the math). I was going to have the bill corrected when my food was ready... I never got my food. They ended up giving me my money back on my word because the cashier did not give me a receipt & I had been waiting about 25 minutes with my order no where in sight. What I witnessed behind the register while waiting was complete chaos & it wasn't even that busy. The only employee that knew what he was doing was busy reading orders that were already printed out to the kitchen because their cashier entered them all wrong. While this was going on the drive-thru staff was handing out the wrong food as I witnessed 2 different drive-thru customers have to come inside because their orders were incorrect. After my money was refunded I gave them my name & number at their request assuming they were going to attempt to correct their mistake but they never did. $8.28 for a jalapeño turkey burger & iced coffee. Drive thru line was long around 1PM. I didn't know Carl's junior even existed in Colorado. It's combined with a green burrito so you can get stuff like street tacos and enchiladas here. The burger was huge and the cheese was liquidy. There were way too many jalapenos in mine so I had to remove 1/2 of them. read more

I have to say that over the course of the last 6-12 months, I have noticed that the level of service has increased. They must have made some serious changes because I see the food quality and customer service is much more effective than it's been. Granted, Carl's Jr is the monopoly in this location, but I am happy to see the level of service include. I would recommend anyone who had a bad experience to check them out again. read more

Run real fast! This store is filthy, I wish I would have taken a picture but I wouldn't have even had to go in if they didn't mess up my order. Not only was my order missing what I asked for, it was soooo cold. I asked for it to be cut in half and the guy taking my order laughed and said yeah. (He was the Asian guy with the tattoo on his left arm) I went in and asked for them to make me a new burger and the girl behind the counter was beyond sweet but everyone else acted like they hated their lives. Including the guy who remade my burger, he sarcastically yelled extra pickle, cut in half. I also was not handed my receipt. Out of the fast food places this is my favorite burger joint. I purchased a high school sports card for $25 that's good for a year. One of the items on it is buy a burger and a medium drink get a burger of equal/lesser price for free. My son and I love the Western Bacon Cheeseburgers. One secret, get extra BBQ sauce. So, I guess with this one review I'm rating two things, the HS card and Carl's. Both get 5 stars! My son and I stop in after hockey practice and devour two WCBs (western bacon cheeseburgers) each. That's the one time I can actually justify all the calories but, I'm convinced while Einstein had his equation: e=mc^2; my equation is more basic: fat=flavor. They have ok burgers. Waiting in the drive thru takes forever. They usually mess up your order. Whenever I ask for CrissCut fries they usually give me normal fries. They don't give you milkshakes because they are too lazy to make them they will usually just come up with random ass excuses like oh the machine is broken or we are out of ice cream. Years ago I lived across the street from Carl Karcher the founder. He died and the restaurant went with him. This Parker location is one of the worst food establishments ever and by no means, indicative of what Carl's is all about. Picked up a bag of items last night. 4 sandwiches and 3 sides. The chicken was cooked days ago and shipped to Africa to bake in the sun for a few months and then returned to its final resting place in my stale bun. Burgers were crispy. Yes the beef was blackened through and through. The fries were beyond stale. It was all absolutely gross. I walked in because of the terrible experience that I had encountered with the drive through months before. I was one of two customers inside and while I was there, there were no other customers. The gal in front of me waited and waited and waited and the dudes working never acknowledged her. All she wanted was some sauce and I had to interrupt the boys to get their attention. The business was slow and with 3 employees, over-staffed. They still can't make edible creations out of a franchise model. The only problems I have with this Carl's Jr. location are the poor quality of the food that is served, the filth of the restaurant and the immaturity and laziness of the employees who work behind the counter who provide the horrible experience of eating at this restaurant. Bathrooms are never clean. I have gotten sick once after eating the food here. Food is served cold and greasy. Nothing here is clean, ever! There are flies everywhere and the drink station is absolutely disgusting. Several times my order has been rung up incorrectly and/or assembled incorrectly. I usually find out after I'm several miles away after going through the drive-through. I wish I had something nice to say, however I do wish that management would take care of the problems at this restaurant. I came here the other morning for a breakfast burrito, and had the pleasure of waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through for an order that was incorrect. The subtotal of my order was $21 and still was not given or appreciation for my weight. The food is normally good here but at this particular location the wait was not worth the reward. Went into this Carl's Jr. today to have lunch with my husband. BIG mistake! The 2 managers sitting at the table counting a TON of money out in the open. A girl in the back was arguing with why I wanted fries with no salt. The Coke is flat, the beverage area was filthy! Dried syrup, dried ketchup, employees talking about their court dates.
