Well I went in the other day forgot to leave this review. But here's how it went down we had just been at storage for 12 hours and wanted to go for a meal for me and my sister and my mom because that's all that was helping us with a three rooms storage with very heavy equipment from my dad's garage. Therefore we had a little to no energy and we were in a U-Haul and we didn't know if we could go through the drive-through so we were gonna try it. We had to literally wait for almost an hour to get our food that we ordered for pick up. They wouldn't open the doors they didn't come out and give us our food she eventually had to go around with no car just herself in the car drive-through risking getting hit just to have to get our food it was $40 meal. She pre-paid for it online and then they didn't even bring it out and our food wasn't getting delivered to us so she had to go through the drive-through regardless of not having a car which is very unsafe on their part. Thankfully everyone was paying attention and my mom was gonna be persistent and get her food that she spent $40 on and we already spent an hour sitting there waiting for our food we are getting our food. Moral of the story if it's closed and you order a pick up order don't do. They will not and I repeat they WILL NOT Bring out your pick up order it will basically just be a fraudulent purchase unless you walk through the drive-through or have a car where you could go through the drive-through but that's completely defeating the purpose of ordering it online to be curbside pick up. We got our food but just the hassle we had to go through to get it when we couldn't just drive through it and when we got up to the thing he laughed at my mom and thought it was funny. He wasn't rude but that's still not the point whatsoever. Only reason I got two stars is because he wasn't rude when I got up there. Just absolutely ridiculous that we even had to go through this when we spent so much at this business we could've went somewhere else and got a pizza for that price. read more

As far as fast food places go, this place rates well. The food is made with care and not sloppily wrapped and thrown into a brown bag. I'm giving this place 5 stars bc of the customer service. The folks at the counter are taking orders , clearing them, and bagging from the drive thru window as well as the counter, all with a smile. read more

Look y'all I had to go pee and it was 935. I'm not sure if this is the correct time they close but online it said 1145 is a time that they close. I went there and tried to walk in. I had used the drive-through when I got there. The door was locked and I had to knock and wait in the rain for an employee to come and open it for me. I had asked if the bathrooms were available to customers and he said that they had just cleaned so no. I then left. I feel personally that they should have had a working bathroom and should've let me use it even though that they had just cleaned it and not to mention the fact that this store is right next to a very popular exit where a lot of truckers will come through. The food is alright this is my first time n I got a jalapeño burger it's okay the meat seasoning taste cheap tho. read more

Came here tonight for my husband. He ordered a supet star, breaded Chicken sandwich and criss cut fries. We came home to eat. I told him the food probably won't be close to the pictures at all. That's how it usually goes at most places. The food was all so good and nothing was skimped on. Very happy about that. The super star is always good when I have had it, but it has been awhile. I decided to give Carl's Jr another chance I was unable to use my app at the Dublin location a few weeks ago so I decided to try here and they couldn't get the QR code to work what is the point of having an app and rewards that you can never use? In scrolling through the reviews and not seeing consistent responses from the franchise owner nor a district manager tells me that they much not care much, I think that is also a corporate issue since message when you call the number says the voicemail is no longer working and to send an email which is pretty lame. Regardless I tried to use the app for an offer but they could not use the QR code in the app and the lady working said that they are not taught what to do in order to make it work. I can tell you the apps at mcdonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Del taco, El Pollo Loco etc etc etc all seem to work without any problems so perhaps that's where I will go from now on read more

Went ordered # 2 plain meat and cheese only and the new prime burger. 1st of all never repeated order back it was a short girl brown hair very rude when i went back thru get it fixed because came with everything on it. Told me show her the burger she took it rolled her eyes at me and me again did i want that plain i said yes . Very disappointed with my experience on 10/12 around 9pm. The order was completely wrong. They had given us regular fries instead of criss cut fries like we had ordered. We nicely asked for the fix and they made us give them the fries back just to be thrown in the trash. There was a long wait for the new fries and the staff was visibly irritated at us. We didn't realize until we were all the way home that the burgers were wrong as well. We attempted to eat the incorrect meal but the burgers were completely burnt to a crisp and dry. It was almost inedible. I know it's just fast food but when prices are getting to be $30 for a meal for two I would like it to be somewhat enjoyable. I guess I probably shouldn't have any high standards since this is a fast food restaurant but here goes. The location is a little odd. Trying to find the drive thru entrance and making a u turn to get in there. We ordered three hamburgers, 2 fries, 1 fried zucchini and 2 shakes and it was just over $30 dollars. The food was awful with the hamburgers and zucchini having the same baby food texture. I could have gone to The Habit for the same price and had much better food. For a Carl's Jr, this one is pretty good. I have never had a problem here, the staff is usually pretty friendly and prompt. Soda is always good, food has always been fresh and the place is clean. Ever since they added the Green Burrito, I love them even more. The tacos are really good (better than Taco Bell), and pretty reasonable. This one is MUCH better than the one in Pittsburg. read more

Do not go to this location. I paid for hash browns, orange juice and a side salad as part of my order and they didn't give me my side salad, gave me a coke and fries! How can you not even get the order right? I did drive through along with ordered few other things and did not notice right away until we left. It's not even worth driving back to get the wrong order. Went to this Carl's juniors and Main and bridgehead yesterday and during the time with Covid 19 situation you would think that the people handling your food in the drive-through would be more cleanliness they handled my money along with a gentleman's money prior to mine our credit cards and then when I looked over and he is packing my food with the same gloves he never changed when I asked him about it he told me he had a napkin and then when I told him no he didn't we were watching him Then his demeanor changed stop those nasty gloves on open food throwing away the onion rings that he touched tried to reach out to management got no answer guess some places just don't care read more

Best fast food hands down, wish it was not so darn expensive though!!

My cousin is a vegan and when asked if there were any vegan options the cashier said they had a "veggie burger" but neglected to mention it does not have an actual veggie patty. They just leave out the meat patty and charge full price. They messed up the rest of the order leaving out an entire taco salad and large fries. Also, while I was waiting for my food I saw the cashier eat a fry off of an order and lick her finger after. Gross. read more

Nothing like pulling up to order to have some fat lazy blob rudely telling me to "wait" and then not replying for 5 minutes after. By then I should have just drove away but I was stupid and my husband wanted it so we waited and waited some more. Then we got a California burger and it was super soggy like it has sat for days, my little spicy chicken burger looked like someone jizzed on it and replaced it for the mayo. I used to be a regular at this location. Typically they are quick and consistent. I have had an experience on May 30th where I ordered 2 sausage biscuits for breakfast and all I received was two empty biscuits...no sausage. I was already over the bridge and was not about to turn around. I would say this is my fault for not checking my order before leaving. Still...poor showing on their part. read more
