Last time I called to schedule appt. he said I can come right up. I went up, went inside and told him I was going to be waiting outside. He threw a fit. Told me he thought I was dropping the vehicle off and not waiting. Then he said to come back another time and walked away. Thought he was just having a bad day so I came back another day and got it done. Then my wife had a vehicle brought there to look at a tire. He went off on the driver. Cursing him, my wife and me. Saying that we think we can just come up anytime we want to get service. Guess he's never heard of a thing called "scheduling an appointment." We weren't looking to get in right away.
