The team at EZ has always been professional, honest, and quick to get the job done. More than once, I've taken my car to the dealership for an estimate and then brought that estimate to EZ Car Care--every time, they've saved me hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of dollars. It's incredibly hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but I can honestly say these guys are the real deal. If you're looking for quality work at fair prices from a team that stands behind what they do, I highly recommend EZ Car Care.

When the vehicle got there he said he doesn't work on this engine. I opened the hood and said the engine is good and will need to be rebuilt. Instead they blamed the supplier. When i called another shop about the same repairs they clarified i was being lied too.

My wife and I decided to try out Tommy's Auto today for an Oil Change. First off, when you think of…read morean auto shop, you think of greasy, dirty with shop rags everywhere. To our surprise, the shop was organized, clean (for shop standards) and well taken care of. So, when it came to the work being performed, my wife and I were amazed on how thorough everything was. From the complimentary tire rotation, to the complete inspection of all the filters, there service was top notch. After everything was done and oil and filter changed, what impressed us both was the fact that the car was test driven to ensure everything was working order. That level of service and passion is hard to find in a great mechanic, so we are both lucky we found Tommy's Auto. We will definitely be coming back for future services. On a side note, they are kinda tricky to find, but you wont be disappointed when you do. Thanks for all the work

He did a job incorrectly on my van and now it needs a new timing chain . Patrick smashed my vans back door and put a tire size dent in it. I took pictures of my van March 25,2025. Stay away from this shop and Patrick used a forklift to move my van around his lot and claims the damages where already on my vehicle as if I snuck into his lot at night between March 25,2025 - June 12th 2026 of when I picked up my van. Something fell on the driver's passenger side and chipped the paint . He also wrecked the front bumper. I have proof that Patrick damaged my vehicle. My friend is a witness him using the forklift again to load my van into the car dolly and same tire he used again to push the van onto the car dolly. I posted before and after pics with dates and time. Im sueing Patrick for $8500 in damages. I had bbb get involved is how I got my van back from him. He did my timing chain incorrectly and he forced it instead of using a timing chain tensioner tool to loosen it and I even left him one in my van and he didn't use it what an idiot . So I paid $950 for him to force the timing chain that probably took him an hour if that . Then he tells me that i need a new valve and it would cost me $2600 I couldn't afford it and so I asked him if I could leave it at his shop til I found a place for it and cause im homeless and he wouldn't give me back my van until I got bbb involved and I got it back June 12th 2026. It was at his lot for over 10 months holding it hostage from me. My friend is writing her statement for the judge to see about how aggressive Patrick was towards her and when she came to pick up my van. Patrick wouldn't let me on the lot because he smashed the back of my van and if I was there I would have put air in the tires and jumped the battery and drove it onto the car dolly but Patrick instead used a forklift to move my van to the front lot and he smashed the back door in the process. Between March 25th 2025- June 12th 2026 he damaged my van really good. Good thing I took pictures of my van March 25 2025 cause I was going to sell it while it was on his lot but decided not too. He definitely caused major damages to my van. I never lie about anything! Patrick is the liar and I have pictures to prove it. Patrick has no pictures and my friend said he lying. My friend works at a ranch and she deals with 1200lb horses and Patrick said some really mean things to her about picking up my van as if she's weak and when she's the one who cranked the van onto the car dolly cause Patrick couldn't do it and when he tried to crank it and he nearly passed out she said. Can't wait to see his face in court soon!

Patrick also wrecked his front bumper and something fell on my friend's Van and left chipped paint marks on the driver's passenger side door and rear panel. I'll load the pics up tomorrow to show the proof. Patrick not only caused $5444 in damages and which my friend is suing Dennison's automotive for now. Patrick is a terrible mechanic and is part stupid I think . All he had to do is charge the battery to move the van around but he decided to use a forklift cause he's super lazy He was rude to me about picking up my friend's van. Patrick used to be a transsexual named Patricia and he's now Patrick again and the way he talked about me will be included in the lawsuit. Patrick claims the damage was already on the back door van before he pushed it with a forklift and tire and then he goes and does the same thing with forklift and tire to push it onto the car dolly. My friend has pics of his van in perfect condition when he dropped it off and now it needs $5,444 in body damage repairs. I'll upload the pics of proof Patrick is a liar and a shady mechanic.
