This place is great! I have gone to Steve since his other shop "Prestige" was open and he has always worked wonders. He then introduced us to this place that he and his brothers run. I always get my repairs done from them and everything has been pretty good. They charge you fairly as well and will even let you know the step by step process they have done. Steve will also teach you what he is doing if you are interested about it! read more

So many auto repair shops, so little choice. Indeed, not all car mechanics are created equal. This establishment, Misha the car doctor, is a must go-to place should you need an urgent fix or just to probe a second opinion. From start to finish, Misha will keep you informed and explain the required remedy so that everyone is on the same page with all the pertinent details. Best takeaway is that you will not be overwhelmed when it comes to bottom line. He is like a family member who wants to help however possibly he can without breaking your bank. Happy customer, happy Misha!!! read more

I was driving on the Highway 5 going North, passing Magic Mountain. while going up the hills my car turned off and I had to pull over to the right really quickly with emergency lights on, it was Saturday at around 12:00 PM. I search on Google for which mechanic shop had the earliest opening time and the latest closing time. I was lucky enough to find Pacific Auto Care 27264 Camp Plenty Road #130, Santa Clarita. I was given personal customer service by the owner of the shop MISHA, Good Service, economic and People whit trust. They repaired my car and I was able to arrive home in Oakland, CA. on same day. thank you, Pacific Auto Care MARLON CAMPILLO. read more

These guys are awesome. On a day where most shops were closed (Sunday) they were not only open, but attentive to the needs of my car. They worked on my car, and called me with the diagnosis promptly. They didn't try to up-sell me or anything like that. My car has been running great ever since. Daniel had great customer service as well. They have made a client out of me. I'd definitely recommend. read more

These guys are amazing!!! My daughter's car overheated on a Sunday. It is almost impossible to find a mechanic shop open on Sunday. But let me tell you Pacific Auto Care was open and they were kind enough to stay open for me until the tow truck arrived at their shop. Misha and Daniel took the time to explain what happened and we're extremely fair with their prices! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!! read more

All I can say is HONEST, HONEST AND HONEST! It is so hard to find a mechanic that is honest and not trying to upsell you..! Misha and the crew were so nice and listened to all my concerns regarding my vehicle! I went to 5 different mechanics but none of them were able to fix my problem but misha and his crew diagnosed my problem within minutes of having my car!!!! Look no further if you need any car service! These guys do it all and are problem solvers!!! I recommend Pacific Auto Repair to anyone!!!!! read more

If your looking for a good, honest, and reliable diagnostics for your vehicle. Without being stressed or overwhelmed about the price or needing unnecessary repairs I highly recommend this place Misha is amazing and will always make you feel like family. I recommend him to anyone in the Santa Clarita valley and in the greater Los Ángeles area if you are willing to make the drive. I've been here several times with several different vehicles and all with different issues he not only took the time to explain to me what the issue was but gave me a fair and honest assessment. I will only bring my cars here. read more

Wish I could give them 100 out of 5 stars! We were on our way back from mammoth and my Lincoln Navigator started screeching when braking and I had 100 miles left to drive. It was Christmas Eve at 4:30 pm and I was frantically trying to find a mechanic shop to help me as I was too afraid to drive without proper brakes. Out of the 15 places I called from Google, they were the only ones that answered the phone. They were about to close to go home to their family gatherings, but felt bad for me and agreed to stay and help me out. Considering my urgent state, they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me an arm and a leg, but they actually charged me far less than (almost half of) what I've ever been quoted for my car breaks (I've had this heavy car for 10 years and had to go through brake changes several times). They didn't try to upsell me to get my roaders changed either. AND my wheels don't squeak!!! A common issue I've had every time I've changed the breaks on this car! Truly ethical, compassionate, reasonable, fair, skilled mechanics. Wish I lived close by so that I could become a regular customer- or maybe I will actually make the drive to see them again!!! read more

I just have to say that this place is someplace I really trust right now. I am really untrusting to any business when it comes to my car. I truly believe the owner is honest about his work. He didn't try to over price or con me into anything. In fact it was the complete opposite! I highly recommend them. read more

One of the most honest business that we have encountered in a very very long time. We've never been to an auto-shop in this area before. We didn't know who to look for when our car broke down and had to be towed. We were desperate, it was on Easter weekend too. We yelped and saw good reviews for this place and figured it was our best bet. From the minute we called, it was either Misha or Daniel on the other line, we can tell he was honest, was very upfront with how they were going to test our car and what charges would look like. Provided us with progress update along the way throughout the process too! Did I mention it was Easter weekend and that we were desperate? They could have charged us an arm and a leg but they didn't. Gave us really good quotes and got our car done on time. To top that off we brought 2 other cars back to them and for one of the car they told us we were just low on steering fluid, topped it off for us and told us it was on them. Wow,talk about good people and work/ business ethics!!!! We can finally say we have a guy now for our car troubles without any hesitation. We are so grateful we found this place, thanks to Daniel and Misha for such amazing work! We wish you many success with your business, you deserve it!!! read more

Very honest. I agree. He actually advised me on what kind of car to buy so it's headache free. I bought a used Lexus 7 years ago and am so glad I took his advice. No other mechanic would do that. read more

I went to Pacific auto with the intention of changing my serpentine belt and misha had already given me a set price on the job. Well as he was working on my car he found other problems with my car that i was unaware of. Daniel called me at home and kept me up to date on the progress of my car which kept me at ease. ultimately i had to have the top end of my engine rebuilt. i was worried about the price and that it was going to break my wallet. But i have taken my car to Misha before and he was good to me, so i went ahead and agreed to the additional work he suggested. Well misha could have just done the work he said he was going to do but he didnt. Instead of just rebuilding the top end of my motor he just put an entire new (used) motor in my car because he didnt want me to have any future problems with my car. And to top off the great customer service and fair and the most honest mechanic i have ever come across, he didnt even charge me more than the quoted price. I am a single woman with little knowledge about the maintenance of a vehicle. Misha and his brothers are very honest and hard working. I highly recommend Pacific auto care to anyone who has troubles with thier car. read more

Misha is the worst mechanic I have ever came into contact with! Not only did he screw up my car, but he blamed me for him crashing his car in the process! I had a blown head gasket, and he told me no problem it will take 1-2 weeks. I called in 5 days later to see how everything was going, and he proceeded to tell me that he had not even started working on my car, because he crashed his car while taking my head to the machine shop & it was my fault! ?????? Why would he blame me for a car accident? Must be because he was drinking on the job, which I later seen when picking up my car! Long story short- I got my car back, and it would not stay on. 2 valve adjustments were completely closed! Causing my car to idle up and down & having to use both feet to keep it on and drive. I almost crashed into cars! He had me buy other parts, because he said he did not know why my car was doing that! I had my car checked out by a reputable mechanic, and he determined it was my valves. Problem solved. These good reviews must be his friends and family trying to save his crooked business. Stay away! He is not trustworthy! read more
