I wanted a second opinion, so I called Transmatics Transmission N Auto Repair. I spoke with the owner Leon, just speaking with him on the phone I know he was a very honest respectful person/businessman. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a better price. To be honest even if it was the same price that I was quoted from the other garage, I would without a doubt take my business to Leon. I went to the garage to speak with Leon and to sign paperwork to start my repairs. He noticed that my mileage was only 69,900. He told me at that point call Nissan because my transmission could be under warranty. Sure enough it was and Nissan will be replacing my transmission without a fee. I was so grateful, I met an angel Leon is such and honest man, I would highly recommend everyone how needs auto repairs to do business with Leon, he is such a wonderful respectful businessman. I was blessed to choose doing business with Transmatics Transmission N Auto Repair, if I did not get my second opinion the first place which again is a well know auto service company and a dishonest company. We decided to only do one of the repairs so he charged us $800 instead. He never told us our parts would be aftermarket, nor did he ask our preference. Sales: First off, I have to say buying a car used to be my least happy thing to do! You go into most dealerships and they play around with the numbers and make you feel stupid, especially as a female. This dealership has NEVER made me feel that way! I have consistently gone back to Roman in sales (and his manager Roger) for many years! They always worked with me to understand the features on the car I was buying and how much it was going to cost, without the back-and-forth bickering. Service: They have always been great with their service department. They get you in and out in a reasonable period of time. The service advisors are knowledgeable and courteous. Events: (see pics!) Occasionally they will hold events through either Reeves or Bmw corporate. I have been to a few and all were great! I went to a special event, today held by BMW corporate. They invited me (and many other owners) to a BMW autocross driving event at a track in St. Petersburg, Florida. They had instructors that were professional drivers on the track. They helped us learn better driving skills with turning, breaking, and overall speed on this type of course. All while going as fast as we could! So much fun! Thank you! Highly recommend!

This is why customers nowadays hate dealerships because it seems that all they want to do is get as much money as possible from each client at any opportunity they get. Are you really telling me they were not able to provide any discount ! Tampa BMW continues to build a bad service reputation. I will remember all these issues when is my time to turn in my lease. Told me originally I have one when I picked up was told I had 5. Asked if they could save broken bolts and of course that wasn't done or pictures. I did my brake job and stripped one of my rotor retaining bolts (didn't have the proper tool) I even had the new bolt. All they had to do while it was on the lift was pull tire off and tack weld a bolt and pull it out. 350$, you charge 2 hrs of labor for 20min worth of work. This place rips you off, poor at communication, give quotes then just keep increasing price. I had a muffler shop willing to do it for 1000$ not charging extra for each and everything they found. Of course wasn't told all of this till truck was dropped off. Steer clear of this place! They look all professional on the outside but will rip you off.
