SOOO glad I did, from the moment you walk in the office until you leave it is a professional atmosphere. I've been there twice and both times I checked in and was back in the room within 8 minutes if that. Maybe 2 minutes before the Doctor came in. AMAZING as I normally sit in the waiting room for 15 to 20 minutes past my scheduled time. Also, I had called and left a message with the dr.s nurse and receive a return call the same day. Other places I've waited 2 days.... I see Dr. Pineo LOVE him, listens to you and takes his time. He talks to you like its your friend and goes the route of trying things before throwing you on medication. I would highly recommend this practice. I have referred others and they love it as much as I do.

The girl that tried to take my blood took 5 tries before hitting a good vein. Of course it hurt and now my wrist ( where she finally got blood ) is swelled and hurting. I don't know if she was in experienced or just had a bad day but I think more training might be a good idea. P.S. You never feel rushed, he answers your questions as throughly as he can, and always makes sure follow ups are ordered and that you feel comfortable when you leave. He will definitely be a doctor I follow if he ever leaves and stays in the area. All of the nurses I've dealt with at the Bradenton clinic have all been very kind and friendly as well. I've noticed a few people get upset with wait times, but I've never understood why. Sometimes great care takes a bit longer than they schedule. At least you know patients are very well taken care of here. I've been to lots of different VAs and in my opinion, this is by far one of the best ran clinics.

She believes in preventative care and is extremely professional. Her offices are clean and well run, she truly cares about her patients, and she is easy to talk to. Since money was always an issue for me, she went out of her way to give me samples or discount coupons on my prescription medications, when they were available. She also made sure to discuss every aspect of life with me that would affect my health; such as diet, stress, excercise, family history, and overall well being. She has also given me excellent referrals and worked with my insurance companies to make sure that my preventative care is covered. Sometimes her office staff and nurses can be pushy or rude, since she is in a shared office complex with other doctors.
