After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.

As a parent, I repeatedly called, left messages, and requested updates from staff and the treatment team. Unfortunately, many of my calls were not returned, and the information I did receive was often inconsistent or inaccurate. The lack of communication has caused significant stress and concern during an already difficult time for our family. I understand that mental health facilities have policies and procedures they must follow, but families deserve timely communication, transparency, and compassion. I do not feel that my concerns were adequately addressed, nor do I feel confident that my son received the level of care and support that was communicated to us. I hope this review encourages the facility to improve communication with families and ensure that patients and their loved ones receive the attention, respect, and support they deserve.
