    What an awful experience! We found a vehicle on the website…read moreand applied for financing. We were approved and set to head to the lot because the car was listed as being in kingston. Our "sales" person Leslie informed us that the vehicle was currently in Belleville. She said that she could bring it to Kingston but that we should pay a $500 deposit. When asked why we needed a deposit on a vehicle that we were approved for, we were told that we should just pay it because we would have to pay $500 upon the signing of the financing anyway and it guarantees that no one else will buy it. The next step was to get a test drive. Who puts a deposit on a vehicle that they have never seen or tested? Leslie let's us know that the vehicle we had been waiting for had arrived from Belleville but that it was out on a test drive. I was floored... The vehicle was being brought for us to buy and we were already approved. By the time we got to the lot, the "other" person's test drive just wrapped up. We were informed by Leslie that the other person showed their commitment to buy by placing a deposit, despite the fact that we were ready to test drive and sign. How patronizing can a sales rep be? Bad bad bad bad bad service. Imagine you apply for $25000 to $30000 (and getting approved) and they refuse to sell because someone else "showed more commitment"

The owner is welcome to call me, as my number is on file. Never again will I purchase a lemon from Paulette's! Was sold a truck, and less than 9 months later it requires $17k worth of repairs, and has been in the shop more than I've driven it. The warranty they sell is not worth the paper it's written on either. Was told by Jason Beaudoin I drove an excessive amount of KMs in the 9 months I owned it, while relying on the truck to commute for work. Seriously?!? Paulette's, you need to do come good! And it should take a dozen calls to speak to someone about this!

After months of them taking the vehicle in claiming the issue was resolved (each time keeping the car for 3 or more weeks) I'd drive off the lot and the engine light would come back on. I would scan the codes and none of the work was actually done. This has been ongoing since day one. Now the "new" transmission they claim to have put in has also failed and they're claiming too much time has passed and will do nothing. All of which I have proof of in writing both by them as well as a reputable independent mechanic These guys are crooks and will be going through litigation. If I can save even one person from doing business with this unethical dealership it will have been worth it STAY AWAY!!!!

    Spoke to Peter today about my 2015 Dodge Ram that was having transmission problems. Their…read moretransmission person was on holidays so they sourced it out for repairs only to be advised that the people they sent it to were too busy to start repairs for two weeks. Peter offered a loaner truck until mine came back which was more than a fair offer and more than I have received at any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Fortunately I did not sell or trade in ( and never will) my 2005 Dodge Ram so I do not require a loaner at this time. Peter said if I change my mind to call back and he would make it happen. From the original purchase of my Dodge too now; Kingston Dodge have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Also don't know why this shows I am in San Francisco.......I am in Kingston Ontario Canada

When McDonalds makes a mistake on a drive through order, "Sorry" is adequate; I think something more than an insincere and cowardly apology is required when an automobile dealership/service centre turns a quick recall/oil change into a broken truck and lost work time on Monday (and beyond?), leaves your work truck unlocked in an ungated yard with valuable tools inside ("That's what insurance is for" they will tell you) ("We do lock checks every night!" Well i guess not when the service guys are taking off Friday evening), and makes insufficient attempts to contract the vehicle's driver when a fleet service (providing reduced profit margains) is involved. Oh and when they ask you if you will need a shuttle when you book an appointment, they will not have a shuttle there for you at that appointment time. When you tell them you are calling a cab, they won't give you a cab voucher. I guess that small luxury is a thing of the past. The General Manager actually threatened to call the Police when I said I would leave this 1 star review. Just stay clear folks.
