I contacted Car Loft multiple times, and despite leaving messages and being told the issue was documented in my file, I never received a callback. I'm assuming it wasn't intentionally ignored, but it certainly speaks to professionalism and their commitment to their vehicle purchases. Two weeks after that repair, the vehicle is now making another concerning noise, creating yet another urgent and costly situation.
