I'm not surprised they don't honor work past 90 days since nobody else does either, but next time I'll find a place that fixes it the first time and start it up before I leave the shop to avoid this complete waste of time and money!

When I looked at one, I couldn't figure out how the levers worked. So myself and two employees went outside and figured it out! I now have a brand new toy, don't have to get down to the ground to pull them up. A great device whether you're retired or not! It's ABSOLUTELY necessary that this bed be at or extremely close to the height of my wheelchair so I m able to transfer independently. I bought the bed but I bought the "off brand" base for $800 less. The salesman assured me that it was EXACTLY the same as the posturepedic base and the legs could be raised or lowered. Long story short, got it home & NO the legs did not work out as the salesman promised. My dad called the shop & the man said he was pretty sure they could do it, he said it might take a week as they had a heavy work load. My dad took them out there & the gentleman said "oh, yeah this will be no problem", my dad told him my situation & the guy had them done the next day by 9am. At NO CHARGE!! What a beautiful blessing. So, first big snowfall of the year, and my snowblower wouldn't start. I actually went to two other places first: both of them were supposed to be open on this nightmarishly cold day (-3 F high!!) and neither was. So, I drove quite a distance to get here. The last time I had my snowblower repaired (last year... I know, I don't learn) been around for a long time it was after a horrible snowstorm, and it took a different place three weeks. This place was done in one week. That doesn't sound fast, but considering the circumstances, it was very fast. And, the price was very reasonable. When I asked what all the services were, the salesman was very happy to explain them to me and answer any questions. This place is a long drive for me, but I would say it's worth a return trip if I ever need anything like this again.

I bought a Brother CM350 off eBay, but the seller refunded me because they didn't include any accessories and didn't know anything about the machine. When I called Brother customer service, they told me they no longer provide activation cards but recommended I contact authorized distributors to see if they had software activation codes. I finally got a call back, and the woman told me my machine doesn't need a software code and that "the Cricut has no WiFi." First of all, I don't know who told her I had a Cricut--I have a Brother. I hung up because of her attitude. She said, "I don't work for Cricut," but if you're an authorized dealer, you should at least know the difference between the machines you're dealing with. If she hadn't been so rude, I might have caught her mistake earlier. I know I never mentioned a circuit model number to them. When I originally called, someone said she'd pass my number on to someone who "knows more about Cricuts and stuff." So maybe they're not actually Brother-authorized, even though Brother's website listed them.
