Talk about a clinic that cares. I fell down hurt my knee went to the Sarah bush walk in clinic. Called to get an appointment with my primary care physician because after 3 weeks it wasn't getting any better. To my surprise I had my appointment canceled 3 times and then get a email from them questioning me about going to the walk in clinic like I broke the law and then telling me that if my injury didn't meet their criteria i would have to have my appointment planned as just an office visit which would take me a month to get in. Since then my knee has doubled in size and I have no primary physician anymore and doubt I will ever go back to a Dr again after the way they treated me. They don't care about the patient and their health it's just about how far down the line they can push you to make it more convenient for them read more

I have been taking my children to Carle for months now. No trouble before. I mean I've had receptionists with bad attitudes but the doctors and nurses were great. My daughter is already a month behind on her shots because they cancelled her two month appointment due to Covid. Today we went in to get those shots. She's already over a month late. My son isn't even two yet. The staff who let you in after screening you refused to let us back because my son has a tickle in his throat. It's not even a full cough. He's only coughed twice in like a week. Since he won't wear masks they did not let my daughter get her shots. I called before arriving to make sure we would still be able to come in. The staff I spoke to on the phone said that was fine. Then the staff had a problem with my son (who is one year old) using some of the sanitizer they had on the table. I had to make my son sit on the floor while they refused to let my daughter get her well baby check up. I am SERIOUSLY thinking about a different provider. Doctor Kahn is such a great doctor and so is the Nurse Practitioner Jamie Forsythe. But their receptionist staff are a JOKE. read more
