He showed us all of the services he'd done. They even put new struts, shocks and tires. Beautiful detail. It's like a new car but cost no more than we would have paid for the same car at another place where a substandard car was bought from an auction with a quick detail. We'll own this car for years. They have a free one year complete warranty, which is unheard of with a used car like ours. Our neighbors have bought several cars. It's a business Todd built from the ground up. The shop is immaculate. They service cars as well. A great guy. Honest. Can't recommend this dealer enough. I thought there were only 8 Yelp reviews but a lot are hidden. It's more like 80 5 star reviews. My husband and I are really happy with our car.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this store. They literally don't want to sell cars. I bought a…read morecpo 2015 Durango from them years ago when Matt Horn was the GM. I've had it serviced at the store numerous times. I consider David Beasley, the service manager, a friend. (He owns 34 pairs of Jordan's). I tried everything to buy a new (to me) vehicle from them while I was getting my oil changed a few weeks ago. They acted like they thought I was joking. I went and bought another car from another dealership and then came back to try to sell them the Durango that I bought from them. I took it to them on Friday February 20th to see if they'd purchase it. After all, I get emails and mailers from them all the time saying they want to buy my Durango. Well, the used car manager took a look at it and then proceeds to have the salesman tell me it's not something they'd be interested in purchasing. Fast forward to today. Carvana just picked up my Durango and brought a check with them. Easiest experience ever!

This is not the auto shop for minor repairs or for people who have to watch their budget. My car stopped. I thought it was my alternator. The battery didn't seem to be holding a charge. I had taken out and had it tested and the auto parts place had told me I needed a new alternator. I had Pheonix come and get it. They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.

I brought a 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S in on Monday for a pre-purchase inspection. While the…read morevehicle was there, Mercedes performed an open recall involving a control-unit software update. During that process, the original control unit became unusable. A replacement was installed, but the dealership has still been unable to successfully program it and now Mercedes engineering has had to get involved. It is now Friday and the car is still sitting there with no firm completion date. I've received multiple updates, but very little actual information about when the vehicle will be fixed. Because of this delay, I had to cancel my transporter and lost $500, extend my rental car, and completely rearrange my plans. The vehicle went in running for a PPI and has now been tied up for nearly an entire week because of a recall/software procedure performed by Mercedes. I understand that technical problems can happen, but the lack of a clear resolution or meaningful timeline has been extremely disappointing for a Mercedes-Benz dealership. For a brand at this level, I expected much better support when something went wrong. I'll update this review if and when the situation is finally resolved.
