Their careful, expert attention and explanation led us all to conclude the ring needed to be replaced -- heartbreaking, but I believed I was in good hands. Replacing the ring meant interacting with my insurance company and appraisers, all of whom commented on what a pleasure it was working with Alex and Company. And, I, completely agree! Alex, his wife, his son, and other family members and staff are kind, patient, and completely invested in customer satisfaction. The ring Alex designed and fitted for me is beautiful and in its presentation, is a tribute to my initial cherished ring. I couldn't ask for more.

REAL ART with a pedigree tale of your newly found treasure. Liliana G is a renown artist that lives adventures by controlling fire and telling a story. Each piece is her playfulness in molten sand and colors. Her crafts have been featured in many journals and she has created pieces for the MOFA. Hard to believe that this little gem (all puns intended), pulses in a quiet shop only broken through by her hearty and happy laugh, off the street in Natick! You'd think you would find this type of shop in Alexandria Old Town (without the Torpedo Factory sticker price!) Her shop is off the rarely pedestrian path (and there SHOULD be more foot traffic in downtown Natick!), upstairs in an inconspicuous staircase to the left of Comellas. Up the stairs, take a right and you will see a small office area PACKED with colorful, glistening glass baubbles. I am particularly smitten with her "berry" pieces and these little "urns" you can put essential oils in and keep close to your chest for an "anxiety relief" fix OR just to entice conversation. Mix, match, play, feel (under her help and guidance), there are pieces for all tastes and all budgets. Her glass beads work with Pandora or other "like" products. Exquisite work and a bubbly, effervescent personality that is infectious and charming, both the owner and this is a girly dream of a shop will capture your imagination and your heart. Liliana Glass Beads & Jewelry will be closed through Spring and part of Summer Check in often, and visit in the late Summer/Early Spring, when her mail orders will also revamp.

LOVE this place…read more David and the team are the type of people I like to do business with. I needed a ring made. I had no pic of the original. Searched the internet for something close, then emailed 6 jewelers. David called me the following day. Still have not heard from anyone else. I emailed David the images, 3 weeks before Christmas '13, then went over to discuss the specifics in the shop. Describing something from memory that I lost 5 years ago, proved to be problematic. Farley asked all the right questions. I was so impressed. And they said they would have it done before Christmas. For the duration, I brought my boss and colleague in when they needed to purchase Christmas gifts- 5 mins after closing. We were welcomed with open arms, and we got to see some really special historic pieces the store has for sale. On the date they promised, I got the call. The product is impeccable. This ring has not come off my finger since that day. Firestone & Parson was there for me when I needed them. Professional, personable, understanding. When I do business and I get a sense of family, I know I'm in the right place. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Four stars so far - this is an experience in progress…read more I recently broke a silver candelabra. Ok, raise your hand if you know where to get one of these things repaired. Good for you - I did not. I was pretty hopeless. Who would you even think to bring something like to?? On a different day I went jewelry shopping (the kind of shopping where I get "ideas"...har har) and I went into this wonderful place. Brimming with silvergoods (more so than with jewels) I asked if they repaired candelabras. Of course, they say! Yay. So at 5:05 pm today I call them and ask what time they close. Oh, you close at 5? "Well if you think you can make it here in 10 minutes, come on over." That from one of the Parsons himself. What a nice guy! I was so pleased that he stayed later than closing time. Icing on the cake was "sure we can get this back to you this week." More to come when I get the returned good.... UPDATE Wow, it cost $100 to fix (almost as much as the darn thing is worth) but they did such a fantastic job on it I don't think it will ever break off again. You can hardly tell it was fixed. They had it back to me in a couple days, too. Great service!!!

We came in with a diamond and very little idea of what we wanted. Emily was incredibly patient and helpful when designing our rings. The final pieces are so beautiful we both can't stop looking at them.
