There aren't enough stars to rate my experience with Dr Liao and her staff…read more Dr. Liao is an amazing Surgeon. Her knowledge and chair side manner is everything you could want from a Doctor. Over the years she has removed wisdom teeth for me, and a few years ago I needed an implant. That procedure was completed with no problems during the surgery and after 5 years the implant hasn't given me any problems. I normally get anxiety when I visit the dentist but not with Dr. Liao. She has a very confident and calming spirit that you'll feel from the moment you meet her, and you just know that you're being treated by someone that really cares about her patients. Recently I was referred to her office again by my dentist because I broke a tooth requiring her expertise, and as always Dr Liao was able to resolve the problem even though it was more complicated than my dentist and I imagined. I just want to acknowledge and say thank you to Dr. Liao and her excellent staff for the genuine care they give their patients.

Dr. Osibin is the best!…read more He's the coolest oral surgeon/dentist I've met. He's really laid back, comforting, but confident and reassuring. I've had 2 dental implants done with him, and it's all been a positive experience. His office was able to take my Humana Extend dental insurance and would have been able to take Delta Dental (if I still had them). What surprised me was the process/method he does -- instead of putting in the bone graft, waiting a couple of months, and then after the bone graft had a long time to set to then put in the implant and abutment, Dr. Osibin puts it in during the same procedure! He puts the bone graft in and sets the implant & abutment during the same procedure, come in after 2 weeks to get the stitches removed, and only then as it sets together (I guess) do you wait the 3+ months before it's possible to get the implant crown installed (by your regular dentist). I somewhat have a phobia of needles and was extremely nervous over the procedure. But he and his staff were so reassuring and calm/confident that it helped me. So wonderful and considerate that I really love how they even went so far as to pour some numbing liquid where they were to insert the IV for the anesthesia; simply to do what they can to minimize the pain of the price! It's those kinds of things that shows how you can be confident in the care you receive here. And when something went wrong with my insurance, they were willing to work with them to figure it out and get it settled. And when something even worse happened and even though it was most likely my fault and I needed a separate correction on another instance that was also a dental implant, they were more than understanding & happy to work on it with me to make it happen. I can't say or be more grateful & appreciative to them for that. The place is nice and cozy. The wait room is nice, with comfortable couches and a tv placed high. It can get cold in the place, so wear something warm. The initial exam rooms (where you discuss costs and estimates) and xray rooms are very office style, and the actual procedure room is bright and sterile. Parking is small, but sufficient. There's a small parking lot behind his building that fits, I would say, 15-ish cars (pretty tightly though). Tip; if you're getting a procedure, try to reverse park in the first slot perpendicular (not parallel; to the side) nearest to his building (on the left side when entering through the driveway) -- reverse park so loading in the passenger side is easier -- as that's the closest to the door where they wheel you out the back. But the closest parking would be street parking right in front of the building, if you can get it. All in all, this is the best place to get any of my oral surgery needs. I can't be happier with Dr. Osibin and his chill, cool, confident manner, efficient and organized staff, and competent, capable, & effective treatments.

LMFAO WOW! 2 years later I'm receiving a random debt collection bill of $300. The debt people said…read morethey just sent a bill for it on the 18th and called me today telling me that I owe some balance from May 2019. MAY FUCKING TWO THOUSAND AND NINETEEN!!!!! Never have I once's received a phone call from this office. Never have I once received and letter in the mail. Not to mention the dentist yelled at me in the office when I was grabbing my head phones out my ear because of the high pitched noises from drilling. The n proceeded to tell me how "this is why I like to put my patients under". Bedside manor is cold! I almost thought he was racist till I saw his wife and daughter at my work place in the city. Would have fooled me. Also I tried to report a few days later after my surgery of some black flap on my gum and I received no call back. The debt people who they hired simply argued with me on the phone for about 30min. Telling me "we are the good guys". EXCUSE ME?! How fucking professional!

I found Dr. Oh on Yelp when looking for a second opinion about a pair of gum grafts. (I'd received…read morea referral, had an initial evaluation from a large periodontist office, but found the office to be over-busy and impersonal.) At my first consultation with Dr. Oh, she strongly recommended that I space the grafts out by a year instead of getting them at once, and explained the procedure and my options clearly. Gum grafts are no one's idea of a good time, but she and her staff made the process as easy as it could be. I was incredibly grateful afterward that she had steered me to doing one side at a time (it's helpful to have one side of your mouth available to chew, after all!). Recovery went well, the before-and-after pictures show a dramatic improvement, and at my last cleaning my hygienist kept commenting on how good the graft looked ("so clean!" she said). Oh, and everything was cheaper than it would've been at the other place, too. I'll be heading back next year for the second graft, knowing I'm in good hands!
