More importantly they are HONEST and do very good work for an amazing price. Not only did Andy come in way under what he estimated for the work he did, he also finished it sooner than expected. I normally do all of my own work because I've been burned in the past by other contractors and have even changed panels out myself, but I preferred to have this one done by a professional electrician so it would pass inspection as I'm selling my home and I'm not familiar with all of the code requirements. I spoke with many other electrical contractors before settling on Rolen Electric and given my own background, I knew that some of those other contractors were lying to me about what they said needed to be done. Additionally, some of them were charging more than twice what Rolen charged me. Some of the other contractors I spoke with either flat out dishonest or didn't know what they were doing because I knew that some of things they said were not true. One of them was giving me a quote on some other work that I wanted done inside my panel before I decided to have Rolen Electric replace it. Not only did the other contractor flat out lie to me about what need to be done, his quote was HIGHER than Andy's for much less work that would have taken no more than 2 hours. I kept asking that other contractor why the quote was so high for something so simple and he would never give me a straight answer and would only say it was "for materials." He knew I was on to him because he stopped answering my questions. In short, if you are having any type of electrical work done I would not use anyone other than Rolen Electric. You will get quality work, professionalism, and HONESTY for a very good price. I will be using Andy again for electrical work that needs to be done at the house I'm moving to.

If I could give a no star review, by all means, I would. I am absolutely disgusted by the fact that…read morenot only he took the job I needed done and BACKED OUT after 2 days (6 hours worth of work), but also the fact that he solely chose to only deal with my husband regarding the job. I called countless times, texted, etc with no reply from this plumber. Yet, when my husband called or texted his response was nearly immediate. That shows me this man thinks nothing more than that a woman is inferior to a man, which is an incredibly poor business quality and chauvinistic. When he came to refund the rest of my material deposit after cancelling the job he agreed to, he would not even make eye contact with myself (a female), rather he chose to direct all conversation to my husband. This was highly unappreciated as an educated woman, or a woman period for that matter. This plumber will not receive a pleasant review from me to ANYONE. I am not happy with the way he conducts business nor the fact that he is not a man of his word to finish a job he agreed to. If he thought it was too much work and too big a job, all he had to do was originally deny the job. Instead, we were led on to believe he was going to complete it for us and 2 days later, left incredibly upset by his lack of completion. The original timeline given for our project was 2 days. That 2 days turned into 4 days, which we were okay with due to circumstances regarding COVID. Those 4 days then turned into a 'few weeks' scenario which was ultimately unacceptable. Even after he tried 'cutting corners' on our job by not wanting to complete every item on the original list of needs, we agreed to his way and it ultimately led to him cancelling the job. As previously stated, he will NEVER touch another piece of my plumbing or electrical nor receive a recommendation from us. We are highly disappointed in him after we hired him based on a good review from my husband's family.
