My experience with Carl was dramatic but extremely satisfactory. My profile was forwarded to him through a friend recommendation at a late Friday night. At that moment I have already placed an offer on a property but my credit score was not high enough to get enough loan approved. This was due to a wrong estimation from my previous loan agent. Carl worked through the whole weekend to re-evaluated my whole case. After a detailed analysis he decided to ran re-score of my credit. His prediction of re-score result and term of conditions was very accurate. I prepared all my down payment and reserves as he instructed. Within 2 weeks he turned a dead case into a closed deal, with a rate much lower than my expectation. He surprised me by his fast reaction, prompt response and perfect analysis skills. Even though I never personally met him I still highly recommend him to anyone who is attempting to purchase a property. read more
