I figured I would find some comfortable shoes for her since she's in her retirement years. I spoke to a woman named Britney who I found to be very passive aggressive and rude . I tried to explain to her that my mother had certain issues with her feet and I figured she would be helpful recommending an appropriate shoe since she should be a "shoe expert". She wasn't helpful, all I got was attitude and she pretty much told me that I should just bring my mother directly to the store. Mind you my mother just had foot surgery and is not able to come physically to the store at this time. I did not appreciate this type of response nor did I appreciate her scattered attention since she decided to be more attentive to some shoes on a cart. I would definitely have a better experience shopping online than dealing with an unprofessional individual who decides to focus on ripping off the tops of shoe boxes. The other sales associate was pretty helpful though. She was definitely more attentive and helpful than this woman I initially tried to get customer service from.
