They even played dress up and watched Christmas movies. There is no one else we would trust to watch our dog Henry. He's like our child and we love him so much. She understands and takes excellent care of him every time. She also doesn't watch other dogs while she's watching your dog. She has her own two dogs and they are very gentle and playful. Henry loves visiting them and having a puppy vacation.

We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

After some research, I found Paws and Claws and I am so glad I did! The owner and her fiancé are amazing! I called at the last minute to ask for a tour and she was able to accommodate my dogs and I and answered every question I could possibly have. The facility has a human present until late at night and then again at 6:30 am which is phenomenal and they make sure their last potty is at a reasonable time. She was able to get my two in for 5 nights of boarding at the last minute and made sure they were comfortable and adapted. Not only that, the owner was able to accommodate a late pickup on christmas eve. I felt bad but she insisted since they would still be there, and I was able to get my pups to be home with me. They were well fed, well taken care of, and exhausted. I will recommend them to my friends and I hope the business thrives because they certainly deserve it!

Our main issues were our dog would bolt and never get comfortable when we were camping. Now we have peace of mind and our dog is so much more relaxed. Vet #10 & counting 2. Too many unqualified vets trained abroad (islands & East) 3. Poor craft of knowledge 4. Poor cust svc 5. Unsavory & less than mentally sound techs 6. Creepy vets These are just a few gd reasons why we travel so far. Our Darby Darling: We lost our paw princess Sat., 7am on 4/24/21 as she quietly fell asleep in death over nite. Windermere Vet #10: We went to our 10th Windermere vet 3 miles fm our hm. We decided to engage the Windermere vet, during the pandemic, for just such an emerg. Their Sat. hrs. were 8am-1230pm but it was dark bet. 8am-10am. We saw 6 cars at the annex bld, knocked on the glassdoor, a male waved for us to wait, turned sideways, cont. on his call, not mindful enough to call another staffer, & we waited til 10am. They kept us waiting fm 8am-10am. We were the only customer car in the lot & all lites were off. We finally called Countryside, left, & took the hr. drive down the 429 to I4. Countryside: We wiped our well groomed little girl, dressed her in her lovely yellow floral dress, laid her on her fuchsia ladybug blanket, rolled her yellow blankie under her head, & placed her in her cozy bed. We were rec'vd with compassion & Our Darby girl will recv an honorably rest fm her final journey.
