Scott and Justin are fantastic. My rescue dog is afraid of everyone, but he was fine with them. He is a great judge of character! They obviously love animals and know how to calmly handle them. They did a great job with what I needed done for my dog. It is difficult for me to take him places to get it done, so this service is perfect for me as a senior. I also don't have to worry about that occasional pet owner who has their dog on a long leash to confront everyone else's dogs. I can't handle that stress. It is easy to get an appointment, they are prompt, reasonably priced, professional while also friendly, and do a wonderful job. They exceed my very picky expectations and I highly recommend them. The owner showed up on time and did a great job grooming both dogs. He also took the time out to trim my neighbor's dogs nails. I have one that can be a pain, but he didn't have a problem at all. They were hurt by a female groomer years ago and never forgot it. They were great with the boys, and I have already booked their next apointment. I don't know who all the Boo birds are taking about. I have tried grooming my own Shih Tzu's before, and it sucks. read more

Wow! What a great experience Bear-Dog had with Scott! First we booked our appointment online (which you have option to pay for upfront or on day of if you read through the online booking process). And Then Lulu's Mobile Pet Spa comes to you! It's like an event! Bear has a shampoo, blow dry and nails trimmed and presto change-o. Clean and happy dog! Will never use him again. Was shocked to see him and his son wrestle my dog to the ground to cut her nails and caused one of her nails to bleed. The mobile wasn't clean either. read more

I've had Scott coming to my home for several years to groom my two cats. As anyone who has tried to hang onto a cat to clip its nails can tell you, it is wonderful to have someone who is skilled at giving my cats the least stressful experience as possible having this necessary grooming done. I think he does it better and faster than the vet's office. He's always on time, and I've never felt uncomfortable speaking with him. As a cat owner, I don't have a lot of grooming needs other than their nails, but if I had a dog or other animal, I would have no problem working with Scott and Lulu's Pet Spa. We hired Luke's Mobile Pet Spa to groom our 13 year old dog. She's always been funny about allowing us to comb her. Flatly refuses. Scott didn't have a problem. Scott is by far the most knowledgeable and talented groomer I know. His grooming skills are just amazing. My girl Scarlett loves him too. Scott really loves animals and it shows in everything he does. It is so convenient having him come to the house and not having to drive to a grooming salon where Scarlett would have to stay for hours. When my pup first came into the house from the grooming van I though she looked great, so I paid and gave a generous tip. But later I realized that the groomer had not shaved per private parts as requested, nor did he trim her fur to the length I specified. In fact, I don't think he trimmed her legs at all. Then I notice that her neck under her chin was not trimmed at all. I was charged extra for mats, but I found a huge mat under her ear still there. I would never again use this groomer. Way too expensive for a lousy job. I will return to PetSmart from now on. read more

I had the pleasure of Lulu's grooming my 2 Shih Tzus today. What a pleasant experience for humans and dogs both. My furrbabies were well taken care of and came out looking amazing! Even more of a wonderful experience was that the owner himself (Scott) made sure I was happy with their new haircuts before leaving. That is Superior customer service. You don't find that often.
