Our pets feel very comfortable, safe and cared for with the awesome staff. The play areas are spacious and well- cared for. Weekly baths and grooming services are excellent. Drop off and pick up couldn't be easier. I cannot say enough good things about DDI. The dogs look forward to 'camp' at least 3 days per week.

ON TOP OF THAT THEY STILL CHARGED FOR CLIPPING HER. One. If you make a mistake you don't ask your customer to pay. Two. Why wouldn't you think before shaving down a dog that obviously doesn't look like she has even been shaved before, and continue to follow a card that says that's the regular cut!? Unbelievable. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not to mention my poor dog is old and gets very cold even when she had a beautiful tick coat of hair, and now she shakes and has to have blankets on her to stay warm. Oh, and they nicked her cyst and I can image that hurt her. Not to mention, she was probably scared having never been trimmed with electric trimmers like that. My dog is a rescue and has anxiety from her past. It took her days to come back from this. Can't express enough how horrible this place is. Don't waste your time here. Take you loved ones to a place that will treat them right.
