I definitely would recommend this company. I needed wheelchair transport from Olympia to airport…read more It took a lot of researching and inquiries and I am glad I found ATS. Most either don't do the distance or to airport. They are also very reasonable with pricing and not like other companies adding cost here and there throughout the reservation process. They were quick to respond to my online inquiry. Jerry was easy to work with for reservation. On the day, driver Eric arrived 30 min early. He was very good at his job. There was a minor miscommunication with the reservation but Eric was quick to problem solve. The ride was comfortable and did not aggravate the pain that usually comes with riding cars. Eric was a very safe driver, there was no sudden stop or fast turns. We arrived at the airport on time.

Over the past several months we have had the wonderful services of Suzette! Very professional and easy to get to know and became very comfortable with. Like Dr. Mohitt. Very informative and easy to talk with. Has excellent schooling for spine…read moresurgeries and quite educated in the field so felt comfortable with him. The administrative staff is less than desirable . Not very friendly and does not call you back. Waited two weeks to get phone call for scheduling my injection. However when I called them to find out when I could schedule my injection, they said that the approval from my insurance still has not come back. I called my insurance immediately and they said that they had just received the request for the procedure within minutes after I got off the phone with the spine center. My insurance said that they would process this claim and get it back to them promptly. I then had to call back the spine center a week later to find out when I could come in for my injection. I was then scheduled for my injection a week later. They are not on top of their paperwork and procedures at all in the front office. Nor do they take responsibility when they have made a mistake. I would suggest that if you use this center, be proactive in scheduling your appointments and be proactive with your insurance so that you get the care that you deserve because the doctor is a great doctor.
