Most either don't do the distance or to airport. They are also very reasonable with pricing and not like other companies adding cost here and there throughout the reservation process. They were quick to respond to my online inquiry. Jerry was easy to work with for reservation. On the day, driver Eric arrived 30 min early. He was very good at his job. There was a minor miscommunication with the reservation but Eric was quick to problem solve. The ride was comfortable and did not aggravate the pain that usually comes with riding cars. Eric was a very safe driver, there was no sudden stop or fast turns. We arrived at the airport on time.

Michael has reasonable rates and provides services to his clients that are above and beyond. Several times I have utilized Michael's service to provide transportation for an elderly adult with dementia that family wasn't available to travel to their appointment. Michael would take them to their appointment assist them inside the building and wait with them to confirm the patient got checked in and to their appointment successfully. I had an occasion that a patient's arranged ride fell through and the Medical office the patient had visited was closing so they just wheeled the patient, who had significant dementia, outside and just left them there with no ride coming. I got a call from a conscientious nurse from a different office who found our patient outside. After calling the arranged transportation company and being told "sorry, nothing we can do.", I called Michael. He realized the serious nature of the situation and made accommodations to pick up the patient and get them home. Within 15 minutes of calling him he picked up our patient and got them home safely. I have many stories of interacting with Michael where he conducted himself similarly. Michael is a caring person who provides excellent service.

Example: I got a reminder for an annual checkup, and called in immediately to schedule only to find out the earliest appointment = 5+ weeks out. When I did have to get in sooner recently (due intense out of the blue back spasms), he seemed generally skeptical of my symptoms until I nearly collapsed in his office while attempting to demonstrate my lack of mobility due to my condition. The NA and front desk staff also seem rather nonchalant these days. Thanks for your prior good service, and I hope you pick up your game for the sake of future patients/customers.

Dr. Loomis was patient, professional and relaxed. I felt like he was taking his time and actually listening to me. He made a few appropriate, helpful recommendations for my health and had good bedside manner. That's all I can ask for.
